I ordered a toilet from Liberty Bathrooms and it arrived in just 3 days. The customer service I received can't be faulted, they were happy to answer any questions I had. I found their prices to be quite competitive and I would be happy to shop with them again. Overall I found them to be very helpful and efficient.

All delivery times were missed, wrong materials turned up and took nearly 2 weeks to sort out correct parts they also did not turn up on time eiher. Correct products were all fine. we never recieved an apology and found them hard to get hold of will not use liberty bathrooms again very poor

No problems with order an delivered within the week

Delivery date isn't very flexible and unable to book delivery slot in advance, worse still entire bathroom suite left on busy road at front if house which as a single woman with a three month old baby was near impossible for me to carry into the house alone. Once in and unpacked wrong bath delivered and no toilet seat. Two weeks later I'm still waiting on my toilet seat!?

I ordered a bath on the 27th of September and it took till the 18th October to arrive. I phoned the helpline about 4 times to be cut off then when I finally got through the man wasn't very helpful all I was told was the courier would be in touch which didn't happen either. Poor poor service and delivery :(

I bought this shower screen to replace a leaky one. It looks good, and I don't have to mop the floor after my shower. It was reasonably priced, and delivered quickly.

Excellent products supplied at a competitive price. Delivery was exactly as explained and on time. There was a slight imperfection in one product. Customer services could not have been more helpful and understanding. A replacement was in my posession within a couple of days.
I will definitely use this company again and would reccomend to anyone.

From placing my order to delivery took less than a week. When ordering this product please note that it will be delivered on a large pallet but the delivery driver will place this at the location of your choice. My curved vanity unit looks splendid, beyond my expectations. The only problem was that my tap and waste was missing from the delivery. I would definitely use Liberty Bathrooms again.

Once the order was placed I received the usual email confirmation, along with a phone call to confirm that the delivery would be made, stating what would be delivered and the date, and wait for it, it got delivered when they said. I wish all online purchases were this informative and efficient. Instead of the endless waiting hoping that your order is on its way and that someone hasn't forgot to process the order.

We purchased a Curve Furniture Pack from Liberty Bathrooms. Very happy with the help and advise given on the phone. Very happy with the delivery service, arrived within a couple of days. 5 Stars

Very pleased with the bath and accessories we ordered. Found ordering very easy and the person I spoke to very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was as promised and driver very helpful - overall very good . Just got to fit it now.

The 800mm Quadrant enclosure is easily assembled and fitted. The doors however, when hung and closed have a problem. With tops and bottoms touching, there is a gap of 14mm at the centre. The magnetic strip can just take up difference when teased into place but could be a problem if the doors are pushed open against the strip. The unit was installed in a rented flat. The doors could be ground and polished but the cost would be half the cost of the unit !

Ordered from Liberty Bathrooms online after finding via a web search engine. Online catalogue was extensive, clear and sufficient technical info to enable us to make an informed choice. Did some price checking against other online sites - Liberty were most competitive. Ordering was easy and the payment process smooth. Contacted almost immediately by the carrier to arrange a suitable delivery slot. Text on the day to say delivery was going ahead between certain times, then a further text to confirm delivery within the hour. Delivery guy was very pleasant and all the goods great quality. Would recommend - a really good experience from start to finish

Very fast service at very reasonable prices. I had problem with a tap part, I contacted the company, and the replacement was delivered the next day ... Highly recommended.

Items arrived within days so very good service. The only downside is the fitting instructions for the shower screen, they don't make any sense, you need to be quite knowledgable in fitting these items.
