This is the second order I have placed and cannot fault the service received nor the quality and prices of the goods

I am really pleased with the quality of the taps I purchased. They were at a very competitive price and I was a bit worried they would be of a poor quality, which I am happy to say they are not. They arrived promptly and were delivered without any fuss, none of that having to wait in that some couriers have you doing.

I will be using this company again should they sell something I need.

I purchased 1600x800 tray one end of the tray was bowed like a camels back,the end pannel was rocking on it and wouldnt sit flush,not happy!!

I bought the cascade taps and they are excellent value for money! Lovely taps that are easy to use.

Brilliant service can't fault it at all. We had a scratched bath panel, I sent an email informing them of this and a replacement was sent out to me within a few days. Quality of suite is good but the toilet seat is shockingly poor and cheap and doesn't even fit the shape of the toilet properly and I now have to go and look for one that will fit the toilet.

I have received and installed the item without much problem. The only issue was the shipping cost ( 33%) and the fact that I had to phone to get an ETA ( from 08.00 to 17.00) and it was not respected. It was good that I was on holiday.

Deliver was well organised and prompt.

I have used Liberty bathrooms for two bathroom suite purchases now and cannot faiult the service I have recieved or the quality of the goods.

I combed the internet to find a bathroom that had style at a reasonable price and was delighted when I found what I was looking for with Liberty bathrooms. Delivery was pretty quick but the toilet had some defects. This was replaced without any hassle. Would definitely purchase from them again.

The website is user-friendly and easy enough to order from, and arranging a time for delivery over the phone was fine too. The problem was the cowboy delivery company that they use. Apart from the fact that both of the lorry's reversing lights weren't working, I had an all-day delivery slot and the driver gave me all of two minute's notice that he was coming. He'd also got lost because the software on his satnav is about a year out of date. Then when he did turn up, he tried to make me take the pallet that my shower screen had been strapped into. I'd kind of understand it if I'd ordered loads of things that needed a pallet, but it was one package. When he gave in, he seemed to think he was doing me a favour by taking the pallet away with him. Apparently it's a major inconvenience because his boss then has to burn them and the council come and tell him off...

Goods were as described and instructions to install were easy to understand.
