highly recommend excellent customer service

Very pleased with the products we've ordered. However, not so pleased that delivery driver dumped it all on the footpath outside the house - obstructing public highway - despite it saying on website that products will be delivered to your door. He also rushed off without waiting for us to inspect that everything was okay. Thankfully everything was there and intact, but very disappointed with this part of the experience and I complained to Liberty Bathrooms about it and am yet to receive an acknowledgement - almost a week later.

I found product on this site which was a bit different from some other similar sites so I placed an order for a basin and two toilets. Strangely I never received an acknowledgement for my order and nearly ordered the whole lot again a week later! Fortunately I checked my bank statement and found the money had been paid out. Customer services were very prompt answering my query regarding acknowledgement and delivery - they could see an email going out and suggested it had gone into my junk mail which I then checked - still no sign! Delivery was slow compared with two other suppliers I placed orders with - product took a full week to get here and then the toilet seats were both missing. Product received seems to be very good quality and well packaged. Customer services again very helpful and promised to send out the missing items - I await!!

Excellent service and price

These items were all very well priced, with the bath filer taps being 50% of the price of other online stores ! Consequently I was a bit concerned about the quality of the products that I would receive. BUT everything arrived promptly, well packaged and all items of a high standard. Very Impressed with service and products, and will certainly use again in the future.

Was promised my order by a specific date and it never turned up.
I called them up and they delivered next day.
Disappointing that it wasn't delivered on time but obviously there was a mix up

A quick search revealed that Liberty Bathrooms had the best price for the suite that I wanted. They were out of stock but provided a good quality alternative.

The only downside to the whole experience was that you could not accurately track the order and delivery time. A text message or phone call would prevent a missed delivery. You can also phone the warehouse for a guesstimate.

All goods arrived well packaged on a pallet and in good condition. The bath end cover provided was for the original bath. Customer services realized their mistake and the correct cover was delivered the next day.

Recommended and would use this company again.

My shower door was delivered quickly with the minimum of fuss. It was very securely wrapped, and the most competitive price I found. Excellent

I was thinking of installing a shower curtain across a new wet-room but the wet-room shower screens on this site looked good and were very affordable. The range of sizes was comprehensive and it was easy to find one that exactly matched my requirements.
Delivery was the day after ordering, I received a phone call to book a delivery day and helpful phonecalls from the van driver to give me an exact time of delivery.
The product arrived in perfect condition and looks far far better than I could have wished.

I ordered a bath from liberty then the next day I rang them and added the basin and toilet this was no problem to them
They just added it to the bath order and sent them together which resulted in only having to pay one p&p

Not having heard of this company I ordered with some reservation, but as it supplied exactly what we were looking for (an L-shaped small bath) at a good price, I decided to go ahead. I had also ordered something from Victoria Plumb, and I have to say that the service and delivery from Liberty Bathrooms was better - the delivery was communicated clearly to us, they turned up on time, and when we later found there was a crack in the side panel, it was collected and replaced quickly and with no fuss.

So learn from our mistakes and check the panel before signing off the delivery!

We purchased taps and shower from liberty bathrooms the service fantastic. Our order arrived promptly and the products are really high quality. Really pleased.

I ordered a bathroom suite - toilet, sink and taps - from Liberty Bathrooms over the phone as I had a query about delivery timescales and cost. It was tricky to organise a time for delivery as their third party courier seemed to have a fixed timetable and route.
I therefore had to ask my parents if they would be at my home when the delivery arrived.
When it did arrive my parents were met with the problem that the delivery was on a palette and the delivery man refused to take it any further than the curb side. He said that this was because they were not insured to do anything else. He also said that it was in the terms and conditions on the website at the point of order. Due to the fact that I had ordered the goods over the phone I was unaware of this and would not have continued with the order over the phone if I'd known.
The goods had to be returned as my parents are not able to move such items because of the weight etc.
Both my father and I then rang Liberty Bathrooms to discuss the matter and make our frustrations known. No-one had informed me of this issue with the courier over the phone when ordering. Not everyone has two strong men around to help them move things!
I asked why this was so and suggested that it would be advisable and not too difficult to make buyers aware of the courier terms and conditions when ordering over the phone so that the customer is fully informed. The person who dealt with my concerns agreed that I had made a valid and important point and assured me that such changes could be implemented in the future to avoid it happening again. I felt satisfied that my complaint had been dealt with fully.
I will be receiving a refund for the goods and delivery charges.
I think that Liberty Bathrooms are offering goods at excellent prices, it's a shame that the delivery service let them down.

We were looking for bathroom suites etc. to buy for a private build we are currrently involved in and were recommended liberty bathrooms from a family member who built his own house within the last year or so. The website was easy to find when using the search engine and I found what we were looking for more or less straight away. I was surprised that they were even cheaper than the main diy superstores for similar or perhaps better products. As our house is a new build we have had to comply with certain restrictions on flow rates of toilets, taps and showers. Finding this information NO PROBLEM for liberty, large diy superstores take note!
The service from ordering to delivery went more or less without a hitch. There was an issue with the delivery of one of the orders but that was sorted out by the supervisor straight away. He even had the courtesy to ring me directly and took heed of what I actually said and didn't fob me off with some excuse. The delivery has now arrived sfafe and sound. Not a service you would get with the larger suppliers!
I would definitely recommmend liberty bathrooms to any one wanting to either update or put in a new bathroom, cloakroom ets. from scratch.

Have I found a reliable and honest firm with Liberty Bathrooms. I rang on a Friday and asked if it was possible to deliver a vanity unit for my cloakroom that I had seen on their website, by the following Tuesday. as my plumber had had a cancellation and could come earlier than arranged. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful, I asked him to suggest taps etc and I purchased everything unseen. Everything is top quality; my plumber was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Liberty Bathrooms. A leap of faith that paid off!
