I placed the order on the 8th and I was told that delivery would be onThursday 16th and that the transport company would ring the next day. As i had not heard i rang Liberty on Wednesday and was told that they had the wrong mobile number and that they would chase up the transport people then ring me back. That didn't happen so I rang Liberty again and was told that the delivery time was given to someone else with the same surname and that they would try their best to get my bathroom suite to me the next day (Friday17th).
They rang me back Thursday morning to say sorry but the delivery will take place the
following Tuesday (21st) which after 13 days did arrive. In contrast I ordered a pair
of bath taps from Victorian Bathrooms and it arrived the next day, hence I shall be
buying from them again

Brilliant price for a great product of which I am very pleased with. It looks great, delivery was quick and well wrapped. I am the envy of my neighbours.

I just bought some bath and basin waterfall taps and was afraid that the quality of the tap would reflect the low price i paid for them,my fears were lost when i recieved them and saw how well packaged they were and then my fears turned to delight when i saw and felt the quality of them.i have not fitted them but i have plumbed them into the mains to check and might i say they are going to look the biz! If i am brutally honest the only difference i can see between these taps and the much more expensive ones is that the dearer bath taps are mainly cast in one unit with no visible joints as opposed to these which are made up of 4 pieces joined and internally sealed. So i guess that i just need to see if the seals and indeed the chrome bodies stand the test of time. I would recommend these taps and this supplier to all my friends and coleagues which is aringing endorsement coming from me i can tell you!.

Ordered wrong size sink. Staff very helpfull on collecting and delivering correct items.

Loved the bath great support only problem i found was delivery it only kerb drop off so it ment i had to get bath into house from kerb if someone lived in there own they couldnt get bath in house but apart from that great service and trustworthy think delivery should be changed from kerb drop off that only negative i can say

We have a curved shower screen with a gentle curve. The advertised seal was described as one you could 'mould' using warm water. We followed the instructions to the letter but the seal went wavy in parts on the top. It's on now but looks rubbish. We'll be buying another one elsewhere. Delivery was fast though.

Ordered a bathroom suite, including a shower bath and screen with taps on Sunday at a great price, it actually was the best price I could find on the web. Received a phone call on Monday afternoon to arrange delivery, which I was advised could be on the Thursday or any working day after then. Arranged it for the Thursday and it turned up during Thursday morning, all nicely packaged on a pallet.

Fantastic service, within 3 working days, at a great price. Highly recommended and would use again on the next project without a doubt.

one thing that was a problem you told me that the delivery driver would give 1 hour notice of the delivery . this was not the case . the driver rang when he arrived at our house. if my next door nieghbour had not been in that could have been a problem as i was 30 mins away and got the impression yhe driver did not want to wait.

A very good service, helpful tele staff and the cost was not the cheapest but it is very good quality.
We were called 3 times regarding delivery and kapt informed of it's progress even 10 mins from drop off.

Very easy to order online and very speedy delivery. Would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Initially I was upset Liberty was going to miss the delivery date I needed. I asked to cancel, and all of a sudden they could deliver by my required date! When the suite arrived the bath was damaged. Customer Service got a replacement to me the next day. I'd certainly use them again.

Ordered shower screen very pleased with purchase arrived on time

I ordered on Saturday & the items didn't arrive till Friday. So more or less a week for 2 taps. When you order off the internet you expect a fast & quick order. Sorry but didn't happen. I also didn't receive any correspondence advising what timescales. If this is your typical despatch time - emails would assist.

An easy to follow website , helpful telephone advice and very accommodating delivery options made the job of updating our bathroom a lot easier than expected. The description of the suite we chose was exactly as expected and it arrived well packaged. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you.

I had to have two deliveries, which meant taking more time off work, as a big chunk of my original order was missing. The delivery company don't go further than the pavement either! Good products at a good price, just sort your deliveries out.

Buying online is always a concern especially for a £500+ transaction. I was a little worried that these people undercut everyone by an impressive margin - but how? Did they sell seconds? Were they a con? The truth is that they're polite, helpful, efficient and their prices are awesome... that's just how it is. I can't recommend them enough. Bathroom suite was ordered on Tuesday (at £200 below their nearest competitor and over a grand less than others!) and was delivered Thursday. Everything was perfect, well packed and as promised. If you want a good bathroom suite and great service at an awesome price... these are your people.

I have bought from liberty bathrooms twice , once for a full suit with a free standing bath, and then for a second bathroom. I had great service, all my questions answered, great help on making my choices. Was very happy with the suits when thay arrived within a few days. And I saved hundreds of pounds.
