Bought a wash hand basin & toilet plus sink tap. First class items & fast delivery would use again

My bathroom needed re-designing and having very limited knowledge on the cost of things. I was in for a big shock! Having visited most of the major retailers for bathrooms and spent several hours viewing several internet site i started to lose heart.

A friend at work recommded Liberty Bathrooms, as she had purchased a few items through Ebay and raved about the prices. As cash was limited and expections high I had nothing to lose. I wanted some nice taps for the bath and basin. I'd spotted a waterfall design in BQ. I found them at a bargin price of £104 for the set. No other website could match this price! For some example of the range of pricing for these items , BQ wanted £260 for the bath taps and £240 for the basin mixer. Hence, I bought from LB. The website was full of information and easy to use. I purchase at Christmas time and LB was close for the Christmas period and delivery would resume from 3rd Jan. The delivery was prompt and package looked expensive. I had already purchase the bath and sink etc, I wasn't able to return the goods due to a returns policy of 30%. I wish I bought from LB I will use this site again and will tell anyone who is thinking of doing-up their bathrooms to make this their first point of call.

fitted into low pressure system and no probs at all,lovely flow.
basin taps came with free flexi adaptors and pop up waste.

bought a complete bathroom from Liberty Bathrooms. from start to finish was handled with total professionalism. Was kept informed about delivery time and even though it was snowing heavily my order was delivered in time stated. my bathroom was packed well and as i couldnt get to check order due to weather i was given five days to check if all was ok. Bathroom is now fitted and i am totally happy with the quality and with the company. i would recommend Liberty Bathrooms to anyone. Thanks again Liberty Bathrooms hope to do business again.

I searched a lot online for the taps I was after and this was the best price I could find. They are really good heavy taps, delivered quickly. Very impressed, and a little smug with myself for finding them! Many thanks.

Never order from them again. The ordering/delivery service was terrible. Delivery was expected 3-5 days from placing order. On day 4 I called to check on delivery and was told it would arrive the next day. Which did not happen until 5 days layer after many phone calls of chasing this up and when I got in touch with the delivery company they had not even been give our order! Customer service was inefficient and unhelpful And once the good arrived the quality was poor.

easy to use website that showed a good choice of products at good prices. Ordering was easy and the stuff arrived quickly and in good condition. Only reservation I had was with the carrier they used. Phoned to arrange a day for delivery but had to be chased for a time slot and in the end I got less than an hours notice - not very good if you have to travel to site to receive the goods! No issues with liberty themselves though - they were very helpful over the 'phone trying to resolve the carrier issue

I ordered a bathroom suite in early October. I had no contact from Liberty Bathrooms after initial confirmation and waited 3 weeks with no sign. When I phoned the sales desk they checked and said the delay was due to the carrier lacking my phone number, though that was given in the original order process. They also promised to call back later with definite delivery details. No call came. I phoned again the next day and was eventually given a delivery date, which worked ok. The whole process took over a month
I would use this Company again, but next time I will chase after them sooner!
