We ordered a fantastically priced bathroom suite, miles cheaper than elsewhere without compromising quality!
It arrived 2 days after order was placed with the driver phoning prior to delivery to make sure we were in.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

very helpful on phone, service and delivery second to none. would have no problem using this company again. we had a slight problem in that our bath came with only 3 legs but after a quick call the part arrived the day after. the lady was extremely helpful and helped me organise other things too.

As a non-technical person in the field of bathroom items, I was particularly impressed by Liberty Bathrooms thorough description of the article together with full dimensions, both of which were very important to me and something I found lacking in some of the other bathroom companies sales info.
The goods were carefully packed and delivered within a few days, although I received no delivery information prior to its arrival. It would have been very useful to have emails sent to advise that it had been dispatched and the likely date of delivery, but this doesn't detract from a good and easy shopping experience.

We ordered the bathroom which took a very long time to be delivered (and three phone calls). On the day of delivery, a 67 year old female friend was there to take delivery. At first the delivery man refused to leave the boxes in the garden and was trying to leave them in the actual street. After much arguing with him, he eventually agreed to put the bath in the garden (under protest) and left the 67year old lady to carry the other boxes in off the street, some of which were extremely heavy. Not an impressive experience

After spending weeks designing a new bathroom in our flat, arrangements were made for professional tradesmen to knock down a dividing wall, the floor and wall tiles, shower unit, sink and toilet cistern to be completely ripped out and to be replaced. I missed having a bath and wanted the option of both a bath and shower.
After seeing an ad on tv by Victoria Plumb, in truth (apart from places such as B & Q) I totally fell in love with the cascade waterfall taps and expected the taps to cost an absolute fortune so we made allowances with our budget. I placed an order with VP only to be told it was their best seller and the next delivery would be in mid May. We couldn't wait. I trolled through the internet and came across Liberty bathrooms. Sure enough, the taps I wanted were displayed on their web page. I could not believe the price. Over £100 cheaper than B& Q! I telephoned, got through to a human being after only two rings and placed an order for the cascade waterfall mixer and basin taps. In stock woo hoo. I paid over the telephone and the taps were delivered the following Monday. The order was made on the previous Friday.
A new bath, vanity unit and sink has now been installed by our plumber.
We can only say that the taps look absolutely awesome.
I have now told all my friends about Liberty Bathrooms. The service was fantastic.

Got a top quality shower tray & screen far cheaper than anywhere else online or in store. Received a phone call the day after ordering to arrange delivery for 2 days later. Brilliant!

I made a telephone order a Monday afternoon and the bathroom was delivered by the Thursday lunchtime. Delivery man was very polite and helpfull telephoned half an hour before delivery to check I was in.
Highly recommended great service and the bathroom suite itself is perfect and looks great.

Bathroom and accessories look spot on, yet to be installed but unpacked and impressed with quality.

My only gripe is the excessive delivery price which quotes in small print that this is due to a two man delivery and delivery men staying a max of 30 minutes for delivery to be inspected and to ensure you are satisfied.

My delivery was a one man job therefore help was required getting it into property, driver would not stay, simply said any problems ring liberty bathrooms.
So what did I pay £39.99 for given the delivery was not as specified?

Pleased with bathroom, although once unpacked minus delivery man, split discovered in bath panel, easily rectified but not the point.

Please liberty bathrooms, either ensure your delivery is followed through as quoted or alter the price accordingly.
Would happily order again if this problem was addressed.

We ordered a bath on line from liberty bathrooms,i would highly recommend this company. First class service. After the delivery man had gone we realised a part was missing.So i rang liberty bathrooms up and i spoke to a very nice lady,sorry i did not take her name.She told me she would ring me the next morning to let me know when the part would be sent. True to her word she rang me the morning after to say it would be in the post to arrive the next day,so i said no problem. Then i received another call to let me know that someone was bringing it that same day.Really good customer service.
Also we were very pleased with our purchase. Fantastic price too.

Had slight problem that a pop up waist unit was not added to my order but once I informed supplier their customer service team quickly sent out a new once however after a week this did not arrive so contacted again and another one sent out. Three days later it arrived. To sum up top quality products top quality customer service but may be more attention to their quality assurance processes.
