DON’T TRUST THEM!!! One of my payments were returned NSF…
One of my payments were returned NSF and therefore voided my settlement. I did not know this until after I thought everything was paid in full and my accounts were settled. Liberty was not upfront and when I asked about this situation repeatedly, they wanted another $1500 to settle a payment THEY did not make due to insufficient funds with their payment… not mine . All of my payments to them were made on time. They dropped the ball and they wanted me to pay them again to get it settled. Nope! I contacted the company directly and paid it myself. Liberty Debt is tricky in how they word things. Please READ everything you sign and know that your credit score will be WRECKEd for 7 YEARS!!!! I was told it would just take a couple of years and it would be better. Lie! It’s been almost 5 years since I first the signed the agreement and it’s just now decent and I did not take on new debt. Please don’t do it! Please make a better choice. It was the worst decision of my life to go with Liberty Debt. I should have just negotiated with the credit card companies myself and saved myself a lot of anxiety and frustration.

When I realized I was over my head and…
When I realized I was over my head and credit card debt I chose liberty debt relief to help me pay off my debt. The main reason is so that I wouldn’t have to be faithful court and garnishments and we almost got to that point now. Fortunately liberty debt relief did come through. It was just a stressful process moving forward hopefully with the rest of my debt we don’t come to this situation again.
