The company thus far is great. The reason for three stars on this experience was because I did not recognize the name of the creditor. Notification of their former name would have been great. I mistakenly blocked and deleted the text and unable to retrieve it.

So far, the experience has been relatively painless. Everyone who I worked with has been clear and helpful, and even though I took a long time to make my decision, they were patient. Although it's still too early in the process to give a full and detailed answer, since it's only been a few weeks.
