Liberty Shield VPN & Proxy Reviews 

I have been using Liberty Shield's proxy and VPN services for over a decade, and any time I have a problem, I open a ticket and the support team responds quickly, guiding me through whatever steps are needed to resolve the issue.

Have used LibertyShield for several years now..the service is great and swift…and if there is a speed problem…it is resolved in a matter of minutes!

A great provider with great support, having run into some difficulty, the team (Angela, Greg, and Darren) stuck with me to successfully resolve the issue. They were patient with me, as someone who is not an IT expert. If you want a good product with great support, look no further.

Easy setup exactly as per instructions included. worked straight out of the box once I registered it on their website. bit of an issue adding a card to pay with on their site, so had to retart that and choose one of my wallets to pay through but once done, PERFECT. Fast excellent VPN from abroad to the UK.
Also - I just noticed Trustpilot says its more expensive than other VPN's. I DISAGREE. I tried several that fail when trying to use BBC for example and they were all more expensive monthly. (once you have bought the box which is cheap enough). If you pay annually it works out to about £4 a month

The response was very fast and rectifying the fault was immediate.

He also set up a means for me to monitor the problem to ensure that it was completely rectified.

Hi, after changing the location of the router I couldn't connect any longer. I expected a reply in a day or two. An immediate automated reply said that due to the weekend someone will get back to me next week. In half hour thereafter an email came from Angela at Liberty Shield that she had reset my VPN router on her end with detailed step-by-step instructions how to power cycle my routers. Within 5 min. my VPN connection was up and running. That's what I call excellent customer care. Thank you Angela and Liberty Shield!

I have dealt with lots of help/service/support desks but the one at Liberty Shield is a level above all others, the staff are quick, efficient and extremely friendly. There has never been a time when they have not solved my issue.

problem after changing email address. Unit stopped connecting.
Emailed support desk - one email back to ask for old and new email address.
told to switch off unit and back on again.
Brilliant - problem resolved with in a few minutes.
