I encountered a Router issue which I reported and within 10 minutes a solution had been offered. It worked! Amazing, not least as I wasn’t communication with an AI Bot but a real, helpful individual. Great service !

I've had a Liberty Shield VPN and router for 6+years and I've always received a good service.
There have been a few issues over the years but they have been rectified by the support team very quickly.
If you're not a particularly technical person and need a VPN router, then this is a very good option.
I added a new VPN router and VPN to my existing account. It soon became apparent that you can't have 2 VPN services connected to different countries, on the same account. I created a new account and the new services was seamlessly moved across by the support team to the new account.

I raised a ticket after experiencing problems watching UK tv and within 10 minutes I had been contacted, some action taken, just leaving me to carry out a reboot. The follow up was just as quick. İn my opinion first class service.

Liberty Shield is always responsive across a wide time spectrum which helps me as I work abroad much of the time.
Not only that they quickly find a solution, at distance, and that is very appreciable when away from home especially.

The LibertyShield VPN Pro router is great. The router comes pre-configured so you just need to plug it in and you're set to go. The connection is also very fast and I'm very happy with my purchase so far. The company's customer service is also fast to respond and always very helpful. I can highly recommend this company.

Emailed late on Saturday evening- response received first thing Sunday morning re problem accessing router. Suggested solution did the job. Very pleased with very prompt and efficient service.

Returning customer after a short break. After a recent project went stale I no longer needed a VPN however after a new project came to light I returned. My main reason for returning was not just great service but the customer support is excellent. I dont go for price I go for CX support and value for money. Liberty have them all. Today Angela resolved an issue within 20mins of submitting the ticket (and its a bank holiday)

Speedy result and there when you need them.

Problems happen very infrequently but when they do happen they are solved very very quickly. Thanks to great staff.

Easy to install does what it says on the box

Had a problem with my new vpn pro router, it kept slowing down and stuttering programs I was trying too watch.
After a day of trying to sort it myself I gave up.
At 10 pm Saturday night I sent an email to Libertysheild 8.50 am Sunday morning i had a reply and a solution.
Best customer service I have had .
Would recommend highly.
