Amazing Service, Best prices I could find on line,
Even though I ordered well after there next day delivery cut off time I called them to see if there was any chance thy could help very friendly staff she said she would pack my item straight away and get it off to me.
Sure enough received it at 3pm the next day.
I can’t recommend enough and will never use another chandlers again.

Marine Warehouse service my automatic life jackets for me. We are inland boaters and mercifully have never used the life jackets in action, ie never went in the water with them on, so they have never had to operate to save us. So I am not as rigorous having them serviced frequently. But because we are going on the Norfolk Broads in a couple of weeks, I decided I wanted the jackets serviced and back to me quickly. Despite what I thought was an unreasonable requirement, I needed the jackets turned around and back within 8 working days. When I rang Marine Warehouse, Emma of their customer service team, listened to me carefully, provided excellent advice and made it all happen with a total turn round time, including a weekend of 7 days. Starting from my phone call around mid day on a Friday. Because auto life jackets have compressed gas cylinders in them, as a private individual it is practically impossible to get a carrier to take them. Emma organised DPD deliveries both ways (See my positive DPD review.) Told me the complete process timings end to end, all of which were met. I have just unpackaged the lifejackets, all well.
I am delighted. One rarely gets this sort of customer service these days, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Well done and thank you all so much.

Excellent service and turnaround on my Spinlock lifejacket service; they will have received from DPD on Monday - its was back with me on Friday.

5 star service, ordered a rearming kit at 3pm, arrived by 10.30am the next day. Perfect thankyou

This review is from a recent purchase and correspondence with Marin warehouse. After checking online, I found many positive reviews and some very -ones that didn’t seem to be as trustworthy. This is my direct experience working with this vendor who took the time and care to correspond probably 10 times as I was self worried about Making a multi thousand dollar purchase with a company I have not worked with. They were the only ones with Stock and the expensive stainless steel stove came in perfect condition thanks to being double boxed and the shipping and the price were exceptional. This company deserves the five stars and reading into their history. I understand why together with my experience. I will absolutely do more business with them.

1 star is to much..stay away from this company

Ordered new gas cylinders then realised that my old life jacket was broken. So old that a replacement part is no longer available.
Sent email with explanation and said I would like to order a new life jacket.
Within half an hour order was cancelled and refund made. New lifejacket ordered and delivered the next day.
That’s the best service possible, my thanks to Emma.

Excellent communication and advice via email reference my own lifejackets.
Was advised to only purchase the parts I actually need and not the whole rearming kit (as a few other supplier companies!).
Easy to order and parts arrived quickly.

Easy to order, with loads of information to help making the right choice. Very quick delivery and a good price. Ordered a re-arming kit for a lifejacket. Through my own inattention I didn't order the correct plastic clip for my make of lifejacket. Phoned to inquire, and they sent me a clip free of charge.

Not good company to buy from upto now. Bought jacket for £80.99 next day delivery four days later still waiting not only this after checking my bank account they have taken £99.99 for the jacket. No correspondence received DPD state failed delivery attempt and they didnt attempt to deliver as I have got cctv plus I was in. Dates changed since to despatched the day after DPD had failed attempt to deliver. Goodness knows whats going on. If buying from this company double check your bank account. Update is, though bought through amazon marine warehouse are not responsible for the pricing so sending cheaper version at a higher price. Send it back and refuse delivery. Oh and we should take it up with DPD for delay, how about the seller taking it up with DPD.I am more concerned about the cheaper product at the higher price even sent screenshot of price on amazon

Brilliant service, enquired by email regarding the suitability of the correct life jacket for my needs. Received an email reply within an hour confirming the chosen life jacket.
Ordered the following day and received the day after. Staff very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great customer experience.

Very quick delivery of my order for new life jacket rearming kits. Great value for money. But best of all was a query I had with the plastic clips. This was quickly sorted and the right clips posted to me same day and without charge.

Needed a flare pack urgently (as in next day) as realised existing pack was out of date. Ordered lunchtime, arrived lunchtime the next day. Well packed, very well priced. All round great experience!!!

Needed a lifejacket for my toddler. Googled on phone. Clicked on site. Very easy to use. Ordered 1 and 2 clearance auto jackets. They arrived one day later. All for about £60. Thanks.

Life jackets arrive quickly. well packaged and informed on progress from order to delivery. Not had to return anything so can't comment on customer service when things go wrong but no problems experienced so far.
