Requested transfer to a different fund 03Feb.
Filled in all the forms and extra information requested by the 12th. 19th Feb, request referred to trustees for approval. 25th Feb, still sitting with trustees for approval. 09th March after several emails from myself and my new fund, advised trustees confirm flag removed.
Raised a formal complaint as still no answer on when I could request a transfer. Receive a formal response with timeline as above and confirming the holds removed and my transfer will be treated as a priority.
1 week later, call to follow up and am advised transfer request awaiting trustee approval. Asked to speak to a supervisor and apparently none could be found to speak to me.
Still have no idea on the status of my transfer.
Abysmal.

I was having a nightmare signing up and then subsequently signing into my account, but the person I spoke to at LifeSight, Rosie, was so incredibly helpful and patient, making sure I was able to get set up and logged in, even staying with me on the line while I logged out and in again just to make sure it all went smoothly. She’s an asset to the company!

I have been trying to sort out my pension with Lifesight since December last year. It has taken so long to deal with these people and it seems their process and systems are so slow and not user friendly. I would recommend not choosing this company to manage your pension or move if like me through BSKYB you end up here.

The online instant messaging service from Life Sight is great. I was able to get my query handled with and answered very quickly and efficiently. The only reason this is not a 4 or 5 star is because I am still fairly new to the Life Sight organisation and their services.

This company is an utter disgrace. I am another customer who is forced to deal with this nasty bunch of incompentents, currently they are lying about SLAs and when they received requests, I HATE THEM with everything I have.

I needed to contact LifeSight's support recently over an issue with my pension contributions.
I spoke with Elsie initially and then had a further discussion with Aaron.
They were both incredibly helpful and the outcome is a clear way forward which will resolve the issue.
