Worst performing pension
Worst performing pension of the 5 I have - been in the scheme 10+ years, and it's lost money year on year. Now transferring it out - and it's a nightmare.
No customer service, response time, help or support at all, both on phone and email. From non responses on emails, even when chasing them, to passive, transactional attitude from customer "service" rep on phone with zero interest in doing anything to help.
Been trying to sort out the paperwork for transfer for 3 months now - documents are received by their office (with proof of recorded delivery) and they then contact me chasing for said paperwork. As no one wanted to bother looking for the post that had been received to their office. I've now sent everything again, recorded delivery signature and photo proof of delivery, and no response again. I look forward to not having any of my money in their company as soon as possible, but not holding out any hope for speedy resolution.

Had to call in with some queries on my account.
The agent "Rosie" was fantastic she was polite, patient and handled all my queries. Couldn't have been a nicer experience.
Was far better than I expected and issue was resolved sucessfuly with zero stress!

I find the LifeSight website awful
I find the LifeSight website awful. Trying to transfer funds in Oct 2024 just didn't work, kept on getting error messages. Their customer service was also terrible. Polite, and trying to be helpful, yes, but in reality no help what so ever. It took me months to resolve, with them eventually agreeing to act on an email request to transfer fund I invested into (completed in Mar 2025). The problems are on going. I would not recommend LifeSight to anyone I care about.

Called today to get help with filling…
Called today to get help with filling out some forms to transfer out and spoke to a lovely lady called Rosie who was brilliant. Took her time in explaining each part for me and was very patient and understanding and made it clear and easy for me. I’m so grateful as I was dreading it to be honest and wasn’t expecting to be helped much but I’ve come away feeling great so thank you.

I spoke to Rosie T in the pensions teams, she was absolutely brilliant, she helped me understand my pension pot.

When you came on board and spoke to me in December your genuine concern took all the upset and worry away.

If I could give them a zero.
If I could give them a zero I would. I have been trying to transfer a very small pension to my main scheme for the last few weeks. A typical scenario is they send a form for you to complete. You complete it send it back then hear nothing. You the send a what’s happening mail and get a response oh we need more information and another bunch of forms to complete. This has happened time and time again . They do everything possible to be unhelpful and have zero proactivity. Avoid like the plague!

Transferring into Lifesight Pension
I spoke to Teddy regarding Transfer my other pension into Lifesight and he kindly helped how to use online Transferring into Lifesight. He also gave me an option if i wanted the form via email or post.
This was dealt with in a very professional manner.
