I am talking specifically about the Auckland New Zealand company with this name I'm not sure if it's the same company or not but my review is as follows

The sales lady was perfect and directed me to exactly the bed and base that my budget and body would serve me well within 24 hours it was delivered and I have to say everything that I was told would happen happened every expectation I was given was met the prices are medium to low but get great quality and New Zealand made to boot and we make some quality gear in New Zealand I have no hesitation in recommending online business with this company even though you don't get to touch and see the bed they have enough guarantees to make sure that you're not left with a bed that does not suit your needs

Amazing s Leviton, largest store, no body salespeople to bother. Low pressure sales versus other stores nearby, pretty chill

BUYER BEWARE! This place will do whatever it takes to sell you a extended warranty which they claim will cover any thing. This so called warranty covers nothing. Please ask to read the policy before you make a purchase!! Better yet go shop elsewhere.
As for Customer Service, There is none. The business manager does not care about customers and she is very good at it.
We purchased a living room set that happen to have defect in the material. This did not show until 16 mons after purchase, Her attitude told all...
"Sorry!!! You can buy replacement material and we will charge you $40.00 an hour to fix it"
Please save yourself a headache and wasted $$$ and shop somewhere else
