No update on shipping delay

No update on shipping delay, was not shipped until a week after payment. Had to move into a new home without a mattress for 4 days. I received no update on the on the shipping delay until I asked for tracking numbers, poor communication

Best product, price and back-up service ever.

After looking for a special purpose brush cutter I found exactly what I wanted at the best price on LifeStylz's website. It arrived at my door two days later! There were no problems with assembling it and it performed much better than described. I did have a problem with breaking a part due to accidentally letting the start-puller go and I then requested help from LifeStylz. Their response was fast and amazing and I now have the part/s at no cost to me to fix the problem. I look forward to dealing with them again.

Ordered Giantz rotary tiller for $218…

Ordered Giantz rotary tiller for $218 on Nov.27, two weeks later still haven’t received the item. Tracking number seems to be fake, no update since Nov.27! Tried contacting seller by email and phone and got no response.

Hi Rick, Tracking number is not a fake one. You can see that on Aramex website it confirms the item has been picked up and it does state on the tracking that the parcel is delayed. We have already replied you on your email a couple of days ago (Dec 8, 2024, 10:32 PM) that as per Aramex your location is seeing some delays which is why the item is still not delivered and we have already reached out to them to expedite delivery. Cancelled order

Recently attempted to purchase a high-quality guinea pig cage at a competitive price from your website. The ordering process was initially smooth, with prompt confirmation via email and text, which was reassuring. My daughter and I were excited about the purchase, eager to provide a new home for our guinea pigs.

However, the lack of follow-up communication regarding shipment was the first sign of an unusual experience. The subsequent calls from an unknown number, which turned out to be from your company, were unexpected and not immediately understood as related to my order. The decision to cancel my order based on a suspicion of fraud without clear communication exacerbated the confusion and frustration.

When I reached out through your chat service to express my discontent and seek clarity, I found the response to be dismissive. My feedback about the atypical nature of this online shopping experience was met with a suggestion to simply "place the order again." This reaction not only overlooked the opportunity to acknowledge and apologize for the communication breakdown but also failed to reflect on or rectify the core issue at hand.

While I appreciate the importance of fraud prevention, the approach taken in my case felt abrupt and impersonal. It would have been more helpful if the initial call had been accompanied by a voicemail explaining the situation, or if an email inquiry had been sent to clarify the payment issue before canceling the order. The chat service, though responsive, did not fully address the confusion or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. The interaction left me feeling dismissed rather than supported as a customer.

In conclusion, while I understand and respect the need for security measures, I believe the customer communication aspect could be significantly improved. Clearer, more empathetic communication, particularly in situations involving potential payment issues, would enhance the customer experience and trust in your processes. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements in your customer service approach.

No we're not a dodgy company. Rather your order seemed to be a fraudulent order as the credit card that you used for the purchase didn't belong to you. Yes people can use their family members credit card however when we called you for verification you hung up the phone on us saying there's no one with that name available. Of course we will not process any orders which we feel are fraudulent which was the case with yours. Our feedback on Google shows how we care for all our customers but also we need to protect ourselves from fraudulent activity. Which is why we called you to confirm few details on the order, but you arrogantly disconnecting the phone.

Edit 29/03: If we were a dodgy company you wouldn't have got a call from us! Just as you are entitled to disconnect the phone over a person calling the same way I reserve the right to not process orders if I feel it's a fraudulent order and I'm unable to verify the same. I rest my case and wish you all the best.

I’ve been trying to call this company…

I’ve been trying to call this company for weeks now. They don’t answer the phone or respond to my emails. They half delivered the goods. With carton badly torn. Unsure it’s missing bits. In any case I can’t use as there’s boxes missing. Totally useless to me. Please respond to my emails or come and collect your half package broken goods. Also Very Rude delivery guy that dumbs box in foyer of apartment building for anyone to take.
