I am so grateful to Lifetime Savings for their assistance in applying for ECO Funding to retrofit my all electric home for heating and Solar Panels. I recieved a letter in the post detailing eligibility. When I contacted them, I was expecting to be told they couldn't help. I was wrong! They were so helpful. They only needed a little info from me and did the rest of the work and jept me updated throughout. I was very impressed. I'm so glad, they have helped me more than they know 💓

Found an advert on Facebook and thought I would give it a chance as the old storage radiators we have are 25 years old. Still working but I'm sure they must have lost some of there insulation by now. Contacted your company and they went through some questions to see whether I was in the bracket that could be helped. Glad to say I was. Then they put me on to a third party company who were the suppliers and installers and again they were very helpful and everything has gone fine. And not a penny changed hands.

From the original application to the finish you have been absolutely amazing. The plumbers were brilliant and their attention to detail was second to none. Cannot find anything negative to say well done.

So far so good! Obviously it’s early days yet, but my newly installed sustainable, eco-friendly air source heat pump and roof solar panel system is seemingly as effective, friendly and efficient as my dealings with the staff at Lifetime Savings!! With hindsight I feel that the project has proved to be very worthwhile and thanks to the curtesy of all those concerned I had experienced very little disruption and it would seem overall that the advantages far outway the disadvantages. Lifetime savings did all the donkey work re applications etc. Kept us informed and in the picture at all stages then followed up after the work was finished to make sure we were happy.

Great seamless process, so easy to sort. The workmen altho alot of thrm were so efficient and polite, no issues with any of the work that was completed in April 2025. All communication was excellent

We were a little dubious at first when they said we’d get solar panels and new radiators for nothing due to our health problems, but it all went smoothly and they were always happy to help chase up the installation after we were accepted for the scheme.
