The crews sent were excellent and things went smoothly. My only criticism was one delay with documents to the Council and lack of communication with MacBrook Gas.

Initially I was sceptical however my contact with Kim was excellent. She was totally professional but also made me feel I had her complete attention. My paperwork was 'lost/delayed' in the post but as soon as it was received Alex took the trouble to immediately advise me of its safe receipt. The process was seamless and I am delighted with my air source heat pump system. Thank YOU Lifetime Savings for making it possible. Much appreciated. MC

I was very sceptical when Lifetimesavings contacted me and said they could help me with a Government grant for solar panels and an air source heating system but they handled the whole process for me from application to installation and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Always so helpful and took it upon themselves to complete all forms on my behalf and assisted with the whole process. The work has been completed and was completely free of any costs to myself. Excellent service throughout.

An absolute 5 star plus is deserved from me. I am ever so grateful to the team with their patience with me gathering my paperwork. I got a boiler installed very quickly just before winter started and I could not thank Lifetime Savings enough for their help and making this possible for me and my children.

Worked hard to get installer, although the company ended up taking the job was disorganised and didn't communicate as hoped but the job was eventually done!
