Delivery within EU
They said they don't deliver outside the UK. Why on earth not? There are no customs or other formalities involved: Instead of an address in say Swansea, you write an address in Prague. Any additional courier costs would be borne by the client anyway. Pathetic!

Ordered light shade and My order went through to be delivered for Xmas only to receive an email a couple of days later saying they didn't have the item in stock not very happy surely when trying to order it should have said out of stock very misleading.

I cancelled my order due to delays
Emailed me to let me know it would be weeks before they could get hold of the lights that I had ordered on their website. They had already taken the money from my bank account. I had to tell them I wanted to cancel it. To be fair, I did get my refund quickly but I was annoyed at the time they wasted as it meant we didn’t have any lights for the day the electrician was booked to come.

I'm sorry that we weren't able to process your order in a timely manner. Unfortunately the manufacturer found themselves temporarily out of stock of one of the fittings you ordered which left us short. That along with the Christmas break meant our delivery times were slightly longer than expected.

very fast delivery and use DPD which I like (as give advance notice of 1 hour delivery slots). Good price for hardware but standard charge for delivery a bit high if ordering single low value items (but then the price of the hardware is much cheaper than the DIY retail chain warehouses). Would certainly use them again.
