Light tubes I needed were difficult to find locally as they were discontinued but found them on this site. Delivery time spot on!

I have a B&Q kitchen with cabinet under lights. B&Q can no longer supply the spare bulbs which are a peculiar size but LBW supplied them next day. Thanks for a quick and efficient service.

The buying / delivery went easily & fast - even though they mailed me to let me know that some things were out of stock - they still arrived quickly. As to how good the products are - time will tell but they are all great on first use

The bulbs arrived within 24 hours, very well packed and the delivery company were also very good, there were clear regular updates and they were happy to take specisl instructions for the delivery. Happy customer!

Not used bulb yet but the delivery and packaging was secure and speedy, so I'm optimistic that the bulb will give just the effect that I wanted!

Ordered items were out of stock, but the communication was excellent and only held the order up by a couple of days. Information regarding delivery was detailed and consistent.
