Superb site to use, easy to navigate and order. The lights were delivered the next day with no problems and appropriately packaged. Just waiting for the electrician to come and put them up!

I bought 3 fairly expensive pendant lights - all were delivered next day by fedex. 1 of the lamps drops were broken easy return - picked up very next day and the new 1 I ordered- thank you. When the return is as good as John Lewis, you know it’s a good company

This is my first purchase with Lighting Direct. The product choice is good and prices are competitive. Once I found what I wanted It was a simple process to place my order and I was offered several options to pay. I appreciate being kept updated by email on progress, I am expecting my parcel any day. It was a great surprise to get a free gift. My only disappointment is the delivery charge, delivery is free in the UK but not to the Channel Islands where I live, however it’s not unusual for us to be charged so I am sticking with 5 stars. I regret not ordering light bulbs when I ordered the light!

After ordering 1 sale item (Lucide Colin Table Lamp) and being very happy with the product and receiving it correctly the very next day I decided to order another one as it was so nice.

Sadly this new order ended up being delayed whilst they waited for an EU to UK plug adapter. However, I was not informed of this, even though their website states they'll keep you up to date ... they didn't!

I called their customer service number, staff were pretty helpful but didn't know what it was due to come into stock. When it was eventually shipped after 5 days sadly FedEx ended up being an absolute nightmare and failed to deliver it 3 times. Once again I ended up calling customer services to see if there was anything that could be done, FedEx ignored all the notes about where to leave it in a safe place. The Lighting Direct website FAQs definitely need updating as it states the delivery company will provide a 2 hour time slot, this did not happen and it was in fact 4 hours and twice they didn't deliver within this timescale.

As FedEx failed to deliver within the allowed 24 hours, I kindly received a refund of my postage cost but only after asking twice!

Easy use/comprehensive website with very competitive pricing. Order despatched immediately and delivered about 18 hours later. An excellent level of customer service, a rarity in this day and age.

I ordered a light from this company that arrived damaged and dirty. It had clearly been returned by so eone else. This company told me they would send a replacement on the 17th February. I am still waiting for the replacement and haven't heard from them despite emailing several times. I have asked for either a replacement or a refund and have heard nothing. Shocked and disappointed that I am having to write a review to get their attention.

Edited to clarify: despite lighting direct claiming in their reply that they have sent a replacement I have not received a replacement light. I have also not received a refund. I am stuck with a defective light and no response has been given to my numerous emails.

Easy to navigate the website, ordering was straightforward and our light was received the day after ordering.
We are very pleased with the quality of the bulkhead light, its not been installed yet but are confident it will be just what we had been looking for.

Quick delivery. Delighted with quality of lights. In installing the screws, which are long, are quite fiddly to get into the wall but once done they are fine. They give a lovely light. Very happy.

Wall light with wrong colour was delivered and they said that the stock is not available. It has been 2 months and we are still waiting for them to rectify the issue. I don't understand how come importing one wall light can be such an issue.

They had what I was looking for, (which had been a nightmare to find) the price was reasonable and the delivery was fantastic, (with 24hours).
Would definitely use again and pass site onto friends and family.

I ordered at the weekend and the picture light arrived on Monday morning. Well packaged. Exactly as described. Simple to fit the batteries. Remote makes it easy to use. Very pleased with the item.

Bought a pendant light recently from this company - when it arrived looked nothing like the picture on the website. I thought i was getting a amber glass pendant light as described actually it was smoked grey - quality not great either for £60!! I emailed to say the description in the website was very misleading, received a curt response back! Wouldn't recommend.

I was impressed with the quality of the Edit Tiber lamps, good weight, not flimsy, exactly as described. That, plus the lengthy guarantee and "change your mind" options, means I am thrilled with my purchase. The service was incredible, the lamps arrived within 18 hours.

Whilst I haven’t put the light up yet the ordering process and delivery were first class what I would expect with a £7.95 delivery charge 👍🏼

Found a light I loved at a good price. Ordered with Lighting Direct at 19:30 on a Wednesday and it was delivered the following day by 10:00. Couldn’t quite believe it. Item was well packaged and as described/photographed. Very happy with the product and service
