Found a light I loved at a good price. Ordered with Lighting Direct at 19:30 on a Wednesday and it was delivered the following day by 10:00. Couldn’t quite believe it. Item was well packaged and as described/photographed. Very happy with the product and service

Terrible customer service
I have sent a total of 3 emails to their customer service email address and they’ve all been ignored. I was enquiring about their return policy as in the small print it stipulates that packaging must be all intact or you will not get your full refund but they do not make this obvious to you prior to opening your items. Awful company, awful customer service. I’m stuck with my item now and wasted my money

Packaging was well sufficient considering the nature of material. All in all it's professional company with nice and easy ordering process. Fantastic customer service and support when there were problems with FedEx delivery. The staff were swift, professional, understanding and solved the problem keeping the customer in mind. We will be buying other items (pleased with the purchase) and hope not to have to contact customer service again if let down by courier!
