I puchased 4 x tiffany ceiling lights from the lighting company. One of them split and fell off (fortunately no one was underneath it when it fell). They refused to accept responsibility, querying whether it was due to the cleaning products we'd used, or the lights we'd used, neither of which was the case. They then suggested something else must have happened to the "soldering". They refused to replace the product, refused to fix it and refused to refund. Will never purchase from this organisation again.

Excellent service item wasn't available at time but as soon as they had stock back it was dispatched kept me informed all through fabulous shade and at super price would certainly purchase from this company again

Excellent Service from beginning to end. Ordered three ceiling lights and two were out of stock. I was contacted by Karen and she asked if I was happy to wait or could she help find something similar in stock. I decided to wait and she said the item which was in stock would be despatched immediately (arrived next day!). After 3 weeks from placing original order I was informed by Rhyce that items were back in stock and would be delivered the next day (they were!). Easy to use website and checkout; good quality products; fabulous customer service, as I was kept informed from ordering to the last delivery and email updates re delivery. Well done The Lighting Company for your business acumen, which is reflected in your amazing team!

We purchased two beautiful chandeliers from the Lighting Company. We found the experience of dealing with such a helpful and friendly team very reassuring and positive. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 stainless steel outside bollards these were a very good price, I had a slight problem with one the screw threads were not very good and one was loose in packaging but rather than send it back it was a simple and better fix just a couple of 4mm nuts and perfect other than that they a great looking lights and worth the price. Service was good fast delivery would use again

Really great customer service. Genuine and friendly staff, that you can speak to either on the telephone or via email. Very refreshing in a world that is becoming automated. Everything was done to suit me, not them.

They cancelled my order without sending a notification, they just kept me waiting for the delivery and when I asked they informed me about the cancellation.

Would have just notified me so I get my stuff elsewhere.

Fantastic experience. I had originally purchased the Isla light from Perch and Parrow. The light model was re-named by the store but when it arrived in the box it was the Brydon light by the brand Endon. I immediately searched for the Brydon light online to see if I could get a better deal. I found the light on The Lighting Company website for nearly half the price so I re-ordered it with the Lighting Company. A few days later I received a call from the customer service team who notified me that the light was out of stock, they had found me a very similar alternative and asked whether I would like that option or to wait for my original order. I chose to wait as I wasn’t in a rush. The customer service I received was extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that the company would go out of their way to find alternatives which could be delivered quicker if that’s what was needed. I have now received my light and couldn’t be more pleased with the communication and the pricing of the item.

I ordered a lamp, which unfortunately the company was unable to supply until February. This is why I haven’t given five stars. However, I was told very quickly that the lamp was not immediately available and I was given the option of a refund or I could discuss with someone the type of lamp I wanted and someone would advise re an alternative. I chose the refund because I wanted a specific lamp. The person who emailed was friendly and courteous and I received my refund very quickly. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I was finding it difficult to find a floor lamp which was not boring. Then I came across The Lighting Company with an excellent choice of lamps. I phoned them to see if they had the lamp I required in stock, they did so I ordered on line late Thursday afternoon it arrived late Saturday afternoon exceptionately well packaged and nice quality. I was impressed!

I was having trouble removing a bulb and asked for assistance from The Lighting Company who had sold the fittings to me. I spoke on line to Sonia who was very helpful and went out of her way to help. The problem was solved very easily.

Ordered a Laura Ashley Harrington light two days ago. This has now been received & Fitted.
Speed of delivery & packaging was excellent.
The light itself was as described.
In brief this Company was first class service & I would use again without hesitation.

Just the best company I have ever dealt with.

I have been doing a refurb during a pandemic (stupid idea), and have had some pretty poor customer service experiences. I just wish the Lighting Company was a global superstore. Excellent products and customer service that puts large companies to shame. I had a problem with one of my products and the entire team who helped me were just 5*. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Simply FIRST CLASS service and delivery. The sales assistant was so helpful and I think it fair to say we're not the easiest to find the right lights for but she persevered and found exactly what we were looking for, not seeing it in the antique brass we wanted I had dismissed the chrome one, the assistant got an image up on her computer....perfect when seen in the other colour!!! Ordered 3 items on Monday, they arrived Thursday, exceptionally well packed. We travelled to Minehead from Taunton, if we ever need more lights we shall be back to The Lighting Company at Minehead as a first go to! Not one to write reviews but this company deserved one as they delivered the WOW factor!! Thank you!
