TLC customer service have been excellent from the start responding quickly to enquiries and helping to amend my order when I changed my mind about colours, but the reason I am so happy is they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I received my lights in March and didn’t install till July due to renovations, when we did install there was a small part missing, I contacted them in the hope of being able to order the part and Rhyce was excellent, he contacted the manufacturer for us and when he couldn’t get the part, he replaced the whole light fitting for us. A fantastic company that puts the customer first, thank you. The lights are beautiful too!

We are very pleased with our wall. Light and it looks great in situ.
Would have been 5 stars but the inner screws burred when being screwed to the wall and the angle movement isn't a much as we thought...it needs to be higher up the wall than 5ft to really light more than just a small area...but we can manage with this.

Good price and great service, very pleased. I placed quite a large order for lounge and dining room lights and bulbs. The price was very competitive. I had a hiccup when the goods were delivered as I was missing one box. I spoke to Claire at TLC and she was very helpful and tracked it all down, keeping me informed all the way. TLC had shipped my order in 3 boxes but the delivery company decided to deliver across 2 days (2 boxes on Friday and the the third box the following Monday). Everything was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I would like to thank Claire for her sterling support!

Providing good customer service, is obviously important to this business, and the employees I dealt with were all really customer focused. Helpful, professional, good communication, and did what they said they were going to do... sounds easy, but so many companies can’t do this. In my experience TLC did it all. Would recommend them and will definitely use in future.

Searched for sometime to find a set of lights for my hall, stairs landing that not only matched but had the wow factor. The Lighting Company had that and my choice did not disappoint. The range and choice is great, will definitely use them again.

I bought lights from here and left them boxed with my electrician who then took his time to actually fit them, he then announced parts of the glass were broken….it was over the 48hr return policy but very kindly Rhyce contacted their supplier and got replacements!! Excellent service, thank you 😊

My personal experience was an absolutely outstanding service! I had been searching for a particular under cabinet light for a month and while other online companies claimed they had it in stock, this company took the time to locate it in warehouse, email me the image and have it dispatched and delivered by the next day. The communication was fantastic. I was able to speak to a person, who understood my desperation and every member of staff went that extra mile. Excellent work team!

I went into Taunton today to visit The Lighting Company and was very disappointed especially as it is a new shop
The staff were at the counter popping bubble wrap for the whole time I was in the shop not interested in the customers, the time was approx14.15
I do not like to complain but I went to another lighting shop in Taunton to purchase my lamps at least I could talk to an assistant.

Excellent service, easy communication, and fast delivery! It also helps that they exactly what I wanted. The fact there's a real, normal person to ask questions and give advice gave me a great sense of confidence. They'll be my first choice in future.

What a lovely customer service! Apart from obviously the lampshade I purchased, which is beautiful, delivered on time, safely packed. From the first contact and my call with a question about delivery, The Lightning Company was simply warm and sweet. Even the tone of voice of the lady who spoke to me was almost unheard of! Thank you, what a difference the way a customer is spoken to, makes.

As only my new lamp arrives, I will happily be a returning customer.

Brilliant Company !

All companies who trade over the net in any serious volume will receive some poor feedback on occasion. These people are no exception and they have received a few negative reviews so I ordered £200 worth of lights from them with at least a bit of doubt in my mind. I was worrying about nothing ! Within 3 days of placing the order the lights had arrived at my home in perfect condition and 2 emails had been received in the meantime giving me updates on the orders status. Added to all of that, these same lights were £100 dearer everywhere else I looked. So all in all, a perfect experience and I am very happy to recommend The Lighting Company to anyone reading this review.

Customer Service is fantastic.

Had a few problems with my order and Jane kept me informed about what was happening throughout, nothing was too much bother for her.

Will definitely be ordering from The Lighting Company again and have recommended to friends.
Also found prices very competitive.

We are in the process of building a new house and faced with the daunting task of choosing lighting found The Lighting Company site. We have just received our second order the service was fast and efficient. We had a small problem with an incorrect delivery quickly resolved by Jane . Would highly recommend.
