I wouldn’t recommend this company they have a very short returns period and the staff are rude. I am now stuck with a pair of curtains I don’t want. Looks like others have had a poor experience too.

The Mondial Group has been serving customers since 1985, with decades of experience supplying quality lighting products and delivering excellent customer service. Our goal is to restore LightingCompany.co.uk to the high standards of service and value that customers previously enjoyed. We understand that many customers were affected by the liquidation of the previous owner, HICKIN ELECTRICAL WHOLESALE LIMITED, on 20 April 2026. While we are a completely separate company and are unable to assist with orders placed before our acquisition, we sincerely sympathise with those impacted. Lady in the Taunton store was very helpful . Only reason ne star less is that I tend to find things online cheaper than in store even tho same company. The bulbs I purchased are cheaper online. It’s quite frustrating!

Excellent service. Ordered a Pendant light online, very straightforward and within a couple of days the light was delivered. Looks fantastic in our living room. We visited the store in Minehead a few years ago and were very impressed with light selection and friendliness of the staff so we decided to purchase online.
