This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I ordered a light on the 22nd of October, and when I hadn't heard anything from them by the 3rd of November I reached out customer services to check on the status of my order. They never responded, even after I sent another email asking them to cancel the order. I've now submitted a grievance through PayPal in order to retrieve the money they have stolen from me.

Scam company,

Scam company,
I ordered a cristal chandelier for £44.45 and came broken,
I return it from more than 5 months and till now I haven't got the money back.
I called them too many times they tell will refund but nothing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Customer services cannot even tell me name of replacement fajara…

I bought a fab outdoor indoor fajara light direct and I've lost the charge cable (pin type thing)
The company cannot even tell me the name of the charger , they had the audacity to send me a photo of it!!!

I know what it looks like but with hundreds of different size pin chargers I've no clue which one to buy .

It's a disgrace from customer services even though the light itself is superb

If only I could charge and use it!!!!!

They lie about shipping and arrival dates.

I ordered a light that was I stock and supposed to be her 2 weeks ago. It still hasn’t shipped. Now they are claiming won’t ship til June 28 but then a couple weeks to arrive. It’s my fault buying from China. The customer service is awful. They don’t answer the phone. It’s a Google phone number so they really are not based in USA. Do not buy from them. I’ ve canceled my order as I can’t trust them. I have since read of similar issues with their customer support and shipping times. It’s time to stop giving our money to misinformation and promises of shipping and delivery. Stay away from this company.

Unexplained order cancellation

Ordered a couple of lamps. Next day get an email telling me the order is cancelled. No explanation (though I suspect that the lamps weren't 'in stock' as claimed and then it turned out they couldn't be ordered in because they'd gone out of production). Not impressed.

Item never came

After placing my order I received an email to acknowledge I had paid and it said another email would follow once they handed my parcel to the courier. 5 days later I had heard nothing so I rang the customer care number, the guy chased it up for me and rang me back, they said DPD had lost my parcel and my lamp was now out of stock. The guy was very helpful but I find it bad that I had to chase them up, strange that I never had an email to say they had passed my item to the courier and when I look on their website the lamp I ordered is still in stock? Very confused at what happened, the guy on the phone put a refund through for me which I’m just waiting to receive. Gave 2 stars as the adviser was helpful but that’s about it

I was not informed my purchase was not…

I was not informed my purchase was not in stock, I rang up a week later as I paid express delivery To be told that I should expect a refund. Disappointed. Not sure why the website wasn’t updated to say the lamp wasn’t in stock.
