Quality control in packing
My rating is low because the item arrived damaged and from the packaging it was hard to believe that this happened in transit. The boxes were resealed suggesting that the item was a return. Customer services offered a refund but no replacement or repair option is available. I knew this lamp was discontinued as I tried to buy it elsewhere and I want it to match my wall lights and a ceiling lamp in the same range. So I’ll probably keep it if I can source replacement parts and risk a repair which will involve opening a sealed unit. Really this lamp should not have been sold at full price.
