The products are great. We bought a Primus 11 pendant light which we love.
The customer service, however, is outstanding. We changed our mind about the colour and their helpful ness and patience made the whole transaction perfect!

Over and above what I could have hoped for. I cannot praise this company, their customer service and on a more personal level, Jack, who I felt genuinely cared about the mishap that occurred. It was a delivery issue where either the delivery driver delivered elsewhere or it was lost in transit, all I knew was I didn’t have my light, I needed it and the electrician was coming within days to fit it, the only availability pre Christmas. Jack really got stuck in offering solutions. Sadly I had the last light in this style - amazing styles of lights on this site too by the way and all very competitively priced, Jack began investigating and trying to find photos of where said delivery was delivered, he kept me updated as he bounced his investigations back and forth with the couriers, relaying this back to me at every point. Even when I was open and admitted with the electrician coming in 2 days I’d have to order a mainstream alternative light elsewhere for next day delivery or the lounge wouldn’t be done for Christmas, He still fought for a solution, it hardly seemed fair on lighting styles the processes they had to undergo when a costly failure like this arises. There don’t seem to be any winners, however Jack investigated everything so fully on our behalf and then took unprecedented action in resolving this earlier than would be usual or their standard company policy and it’s just been impeccable customer service.

I had an order that I required as soon as possible for a client. Dealing with Jack was a pleasure... I was under some time pressure and it arrived within days. Super efficient. He could not have been more attentive, courteous, communicative and professional. I felt personally looked after which unfortunately is not always the case with other companies. Thank you Jack!

I had a faulty uplight purchased from a "dodgy" company (always check Trustpilot first - lesson learned!). Contacted Lightingstyles and David was super helpful in answering questions and even took the time to locate four suppliers who sold something similar. Real shame that they did not sell the same item as I would have without hesitation purchased goods from them. Excellent customer service. Well done! Will be my first choice for lighting in the future.

I was stuck with 12v downlights and a trained but young electrician who was baffled when his new 240v lamps wouldn't work on my system -- I turned to the internet and sent out a question on how to achieve a result I wanted and David at Lighting Styles came to my aid by email from 100 miles away. He helped me work out a solution and even sent the parts! True heroes and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently bought a light from this website.
I had a few questions to ask before I made up my mind and customer services were so quick and helpful with their responses. They have an excellent returns policy too even though my light came all the way from Italy.
I could not be more delighted with my purchase and would recommend this website to anyone!

Purchased a light from this company just under a couple of years ago that recently developed a fault. I emailed the company late in the day asking for advice, had an immediate response from them saying that they would contact the manufacturer to find out. The very first thing the next morning I received another email to say that they would be arranging a replacement which I received the following day.
Their customer service is second to none, brilliant service

2nd time bought lights from these guys. Just ordered some under cabinet lights and Barry sent me an email just to make sure I knew the lights I ordered needed a transformer which I didn’t (I had ordered the wrong ones) so he changed the order their end and processed a refund for the difference really quickly!

I bought some LED lighting seven years ago from Lighting Styles and one unit recently failed. Although years out of warranty, the company swiftly worked with the original manufacturer to source the correct replacement part and supplied to me at zero cost.

I could not have asked for better customer service. Outstanding.

Lighting Styles have a good range of products and online service but I actively wanted to leave a review as their customer service is first class, I’ve dealt with them a few times now and bit the sales and post sales service was excellent and they went out of their way to help me with my questions and issues. Jack in particular was very responsive and very helpful. I would recommend them 200% and will be going back to them when I need something in the future.

Used them on several occasions to date and probably one of the best supporting staff I have come across .

I had an order for 5 large bumpy led bulbs which were quite expensive.
After a few weeks, and only used on a handful of occasions one popped.
Emailed LS, and a replacement was ordered with no quibbles.
Puts a bit of faith back into customer service.

Excellent technical support with a lot of follow up communications via both phone and email especially from Jack. The replacement down lighters cover the existing holes in the ceilings and much brighter than the fittings that they replaced.

I wanted to replace my existing ceiling lights in the kitchen. I wasn't sure whether those sold by Lighting Styles would do the job.On enquiring by phone, I was very grateful when I was told that it would be in order to purchase one and it would be perfectly acceptable to return it if it didn't do the job. It was even suggested that to check properly, I could carefully add a13 amp plug and with an extension lead offer it to the ceiling when it was dark.
Unfortunately it wasn't powerful enough and I sent it back, but forgetting to provide my credit card details. They rang back as soon as it was returned to ask me for my details
