I cannot comment on the performance of fitting of the lights ordered as due to the late delivery my electrician has now had to go to another job and won’t be returning for another week.
So I think there is a need for people to know that when ordering online it may be best to call this company first as I wish I had only it states on their website; delivery times: 4-7 days for despatch (a little confusing as there’s a difference between delivery and despatch) so I added another week before arranging a fitting date with our electrician. So in all 2 weeks for delivery seemed fair, but I called twice and was given 2 different reasons/excuses for the late delivery but eventually the lights came one day short of 3 weeks later.
Unfortunately nobody would make you aware of this, so if you need lights fitting by a certain date, either go elsewhere or contact the company and ask, though I did and they didn’t arrive!

Trying to define lighting for several projects at once and ensuring compatibility between all the items is complex..even for a professional .The team at Lighting Styles were really helpful and knowledgeable which enabled me to buy everything from one supplier and with confidence

Customer service is awesome, brought some lights which failed but the as soon as I reported to them they were straight on to it and replaced them, dispatched the same day.
"it's not how a horse falls, its how it gets up again that counts" Very very impressed, keep it up.

Lighting Styles.co.uk - Absolutely first class company with old school hat customer service values! Nothing too much trouble. Efficient and friendly. Unfortunately the goods I ordered didn’t quite match my existing lights. No issue whatsoever. Actually tried to source alternatives for me to no avail. Money was back in my account immediately on return of goods. Highly recommend this company. It’s reputable and British! Will definitely use again.

I wanted 3 large Scandi drum pendants with diffusers -that I could only find on the Lighting Styles website.
But on trying to buy them, the website did not offer my country South Africa (I live in Cape Town) as a country to which they ship. So I emailed Lighting Styles to ask if they could possibly ship to me. The response was prompt and positive - yes no problem! I received a quotation in which they had deducted the UK vat, and added on door to door shipping. A tracking number was forwarded to me which quickly showed me the Royal Mail tracking on the UK side. Then 5 days passed without any further updates. I emailed Lighting Styles accounting and they assured me that my package was in South Africa already and had cleared customs! The package (huge - about a 75cm cube size) arrived the very next day to my door, via an express mail expediting and clearance company. I just had to pay the South African vat and minimal customs duty on delivery.
What a truly seamless and first-world experience!

Our beautiful lamps arrived very quickly with good safe packaging. There was a construction issue with one of them which Lighting Styles resolved promptly. The service was in my experience exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 🌟

Phoned for advice on a LED driver, was efficiently put through to Jon in technical support who was very helpful and asked me to send a photo of the present driver to ensure a correct replacement. And all this for a low cost item - excellent service!

I BOUGHT AN EXTERNAL PIR LIGHT FOR MY FRONT PORCH FROM LIGHTING STYLES 23 MONTHS AGO. THE FIRST LIGHT FAILED AFTER 5 DAYS AND THEY REPLACED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. THE SECOND LIGHT HAS JUST FAILED AS WELL AND AGAIN THEY HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY GOOD ABOUT GIVING ME A NO QUIBBLES REPLACEMENT. EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM VERY IMPRESSED !

Ordered several items with no return correspondence! Worried this is a scam website! Emailed customer service and help but zero replies now for over 5 days!!!

It took me quite a while to find a pair of replacement downlights for our old Errol bookcase. Happily Lighting Styles came up with exactly what we needed. The items were sent promptly, at a good price, and Barry’s customer service was top class. Would certainly recommend and use again if the need arose.

We identified a product we really liked, it was reasonably priced with really good spec and fire-rated as we needed.

Barry was more than helpful to provide a quote and suitable options for LED bulbs.

The downlights look amazing and are of great quality. The warm white (3000 Kelvin) LED Bulbs were perfect, and service was great overall even when we requested some additional led lights because 1 was lost.

Wow what a great company! The lights arrived and they are beautiful,and the prices are really good. Barry couldn't help me enough as I needed them shipped for next day delivery. I can highly reccomend this shop for a great range of lighting, great prices and the best cutomer service. Thank you!

QUALITY PRODUCTS with CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IT IS MEANT TO BE !!
I contacted the sales dept as I needed two things - sound advice and next day delivery (my project is on a tight timescale). The advice was spot on and, crucially, the company was true to its word and ensured that my delivery arrived the next day - they clearly took the time to keep an eye out for my order post phone call and ensure that it was actioned in a timely manner.

It gets better! When there was a niggle with one of the products I had ordered (my electrician's fault) the company took the time to phone me in response to my email in order to resolve the matter quickly, as opposed to the typical protracted email exchange you will so often find elsewhere.

In summary, great products and flawless customer service that is done so politely and considerately. PRICELESS!!!

I had a small hiccough with my order and when I contacted the firm, they resolved the issue immediately. I can honestly say I have never had such good aftersales customer service with any other company or organisation. Excellent and extremely apologetic.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I tried to order two pendant lights from the website, unfortunately I could only put one in my basket. I telephoned and spoke to Matt, explaining my predicament. Matt said the light was out of stock but took my number and said he would look into it for me. Matt called me back 10 mins later, offered me the display light for free and threw in two lightbulbs! The lights was delivered within two days and I love them, you cannot even tell what one was the display light. I can honestly say that I have never been on the receiving end of such excellent customer service I will definitely shop at Lighting Styles again!
