First time ordering from Lighting Styles so was slightly nervous. Absolutely no need the wireless table lamps were beautiful, the quality was first class, they were packaged really well and included good clear instructions. Arrived 2/3 days after ordering much better than a competitor and at a better price. Thank you, will definitely order again😁

Transformer both arrived 48 hours later needed advice refitting excellent service given

An excellent company with an amazing service and very professional knowledgeable staff.

Lighting Styles were able to instantly answer the phone, understand customer wishes and guide on materials and lighting choices for my new kitchen, all hassle free!

I don’t know why this model of service does not exist any more in London!

The website is wonderful with a huge range of lights to choose from online, ranging from budget options to stunning high-end fittings. As I live locally, I visited the small showroom in person as I needed a few lights in a hurry and was feeling indecisive! Jon who dealt with me was amazingly brilliant in advising me on choices and checking stock. I have no doubt, particularly after reading other reviews, that this exceptional level of customer service runs throughout the company. Would not hesitate to recommend unreservedly! Absolutely excellent customer service. Bought an outside light some time ago but I had lost my receipt/invoice. Having asked if they could help, they requested photos and immediately took up with their supplier who happened to be in Spain. Within 24 hours had a positive response and replacement provided within 48 hours. Very helpful and positive agent helped me with all of this. Could not ask for more and such a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

I do not normally give reviews but this company is an exception. The advice and service given is second to none. I rang and emailed them several times with detailed technical questions and had excellent and prompt responses. Prices are competitive and delivery was far better than expected. An excellent company.

Fantastic service all round. I initially sent an enquiry through as a private householder looking for a solution to a lighting issue I had. I got a brilliant response, which resulted in me sending sketches through of my kitchen and the issue and was given a solution that worked for me. This company went above and beyond for what was only a £65 sale for them. Highly recommended.

The Lighting Styles website has a massive selection of lights of all possible styles and price ranges. We found one for our bedroom and having contacted Julie it was delivered within just 2 days. Great service!

Ordered 2 glass shelves which arrived promptly and well packaged. However… as these things can happen, one of the shelves turned out to be shattered.
A quick phone call to Barry and a few pics emailed and a new shelf was on its way to me!
