5 bulb hanging light
I talked through my requirements, the wall lighting company ‘got it’. They made the cables to our agreed specifications. It was delivered promptly and very well packaged in Nov 25. Our renovation has just finished and yes the light was the last thing to go up but absolutely worth the wait. The quality is superb. Customer service could not be more helpful and gave me confidence.

No response to email re returning an item.
I emailed them to make a return as I was unhappy with the item I bought. I have had no response at all, not even an acknowledgment of my email.
The light I bought cost a whopping £400 and is unfit for purpose.

We are genuinely disappointed to read this review as it does not reflect what happened in this case.
Your email requesting to return the Brampton Burnished Pendant Light was received at 10:18pm on 22 June, outside of our business hours. We replied at 10:48am the following morning, just over 12 hours later. We therefore respectfully disagree with the statement that no response was received, as we responded promptly on the next working morning.
Regarding the product itself, the Brampton Pendant is designed with a solid cone-shaped metal shade, which intentionally directs the light downwards rather than allowing it to shine through the sides. This is an inherent feature of the design and is shown in the product photography.
Unfortunately, by the time we were contacted, the light had already been installed and the cable had been cut to length. As a result, it was no longer in a resaleable condition and, in accordance with our returns policy, we were unable to accept it for a refund.
We always aim to respond quickly and provide the best possible customer service, and we are sorry that we could not reach an outcome that the customer was happy with.

All good, very lovely item. Looks super. Delivered in good time. I was given free bulbs after receiving an offer the day after purchasing!

The Zafferano Pina mini table lamp
Ordered the Zafferano Pina mini table lamp, having seen them in a posh restaurant in Oslo! I was thrilled to finally find them stocked by The Wall Lighting co.
It was expensive, but worth every penny as it is gorgeous and will make a lovely golden wedding present for the classy couple who have everything!
Great service from this company, delivery on time, well packaged and everything as expected.

Lovely quality lighting
I'm very happy with the beautiful hand blown ribbed glass globe pendants that I bought for my kitchen island and also the Denton ceramic pendant that I bought for my kitchen diner. All lovely quality and the fact that there were lots of colour options to choose from for the flex and also choices of finish for the ceiling rose made all the difference to getting the lights to link in with my kitchen decor. The lights arrived very well packaged. I'd definitely buy from them again, the customer service and advice given was outstandingly good.

True service, true professionalism
Several things about this company, first of all the ladies that represent it.
Both Velvet and Hilary glide you through the options and you have every confidence in what they are telling you.
Compounded by this when I had a small issue with a bulb that failed completely nothing to do with the company just a product issue it was replaced 24 hours later no arguments no quibbles just total professionalism and a human touch from Hilary which was much appreciated.
Can't recommend the product highly enough and the service is impeccable.
