Great Service. The lights are beautiful and very good quality. They have transformed our outside space, we should have come to Wall Lighting years ago.

Professional and personal online shopping experience. We chose several lights from Wall Lighting Company for our house, which arrived promptly and well packaged. When I rang up to find out when an item was out of stock, they helpfully suggested some alternatives, which actually were better than the original ones I chose. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Wonderful Customer Service
Wonderful customer service.
Knowing I was in need of a set of lights ASAP they were immediately checked to see if they were in stock and dispatched the same day.
Everyone I spoke to was helpful, charming and efficient.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
Ooh and they have a fantastic selection of lights too - and having scoured the internet for wall lights I can say this with some confidence!
How lovely to deal with a company that is so customer focused.

Excellent service despite manufacturer reluctance to exchange
Purchased 2 x BTC Hatton wall lights, one arrived with slight flaw in the ceramic which BTC initially refused to exchange, but Wall Lighting Co arranged for this anyway as we didn't want imperfect lights.
Prompt responses to queries and resolution of issue was much appreciated

I placed a large order with the Wall Lighting Company and I'm very pleased I did. The Tate contemporary wall lights and pendants, and the classic outdoor wall lights are beautiful with very good quality fittings. The packing was painstaking and everything arrived in perfect order.

Good service in difficult…
Good service in difficult circumstances.
We have now bought two lights for our hall and landing.
We are really pleased with them, and they make an impressive feature.
The second light that was delivered was the wrong size, but the company quickly rectified it, and we received the correct one in just over a day.
We would highly recommend for service and the products.
