I placed an order with Lighting Styles Limited. They contacted me to check I had ordered the correct part. I had to add something to complete the order so I was impressed. It was promptly delivered. Their was later a problem with the product that was completely out of their control again they dealt with it efficiently and with good grace. I cannot thank them enough for there service. particularly Barry who is a true gentleman.

I had some questions when the products arrived. Having sent an email with my queries the response was immediate. The company also price matched the product and arranged a refund. Excellent customer service and a trustworthy company. Brilliant to deal with.

It is so lovely to deal with a company who offer excellent customer service, advice, and expertise. I have used Lighting Styles for two renovation projects and I would not hesitate to do so again. They are friendly, quick to respond to enquiries and offer suggestions. They also replace fault goods without any hassle. I can’t praise them enough.

I was recently searching the internet for some garden lights when I found some on this website. The communication and help I received was fantastic - they sent me a sample to look at to make sure it was what I wanted, gave me a free returns label to send it back and promptly placed my full order. Jon was so helpful and did everything he could to ensure the smooth processing of my order. I would highly recommend this company.

Customer Service from Jonathan is of the highest order. Despite the light fitting I purchased being 3 years beyond the warranty expire date he managed to obtain and supply a spare part free of charge; all in less than 24 hours. First Class.

Jon Fletcher at Lighting Styles Ltd went above and beyond, he managed to source a lightshade for us from Spain to replace a broken one in our new house even though the original light fitting was not purchased from them. The shade arrived within a few weeks and we are so pleased. Excellent customer service, well done!

One bulb out of five I ordered developed a fault. LS sent out a replacement the next day. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back for more.

Amazing customer service.
We needed a replacement glass end for our large pendant landing light which had got broken.
The original light was not purchased from lightingstyles however after some online searching I phoned the company and spoke to Julie. Julie spent time finding the correct light and we exchanged many emails of photos and measurements to ensure they had the correct one.
It arrived well packaged and we are so pleased our statement light is now like new. Thank you Julie!

After fitting my outdoor lights, which I ordered through the their website. Unfortunately 1 of the lights had a manufacturer fault (an issue that could not have been foreseen). I emailed the team at lightning Styles with my concern about the faulty light and within a very short time Jon Fletcher responded with great service and arranged for a replacement light to arrive to my address within 48 hours with an attached freepost label to return the faulty unit, and the new replacement light arrived as scheduled with no additional cost to myself or inconvenience.
