I was pretty happy with my purchase the light I bought is actually even better then I thought it would be. It did kinda take awhile to get delivered but still happy

I got this new headlamp on July 2024 and it's amazing, easy to install, no extra bulbs needed and perfect fitment. 100% satisfied.

Good light, but during the first use the carrier of the lamp was broken!! So bad quality.

Initially the tracking link did not work but I wrote an email and within minutes I received a new link working. The delivery was not very fast, but the laser pointer is outstanding. I have already used it underwater (52 meters) during a day dive and it is perfectly visible. Value for money at five stars. Recommended.

Great customer service. The helmet cap broke due to a fall and I got a new one for free. As I happened to come to Shenzhen, where the helmet is produced, on a business trip, the cap was delivered directly to my hotel. The service team was very friendly and always replied promptly to my emails.

Great customer service
I experienced a really high level of customer service from Lightmalls. I will buy from them again and I'm happy to recommend them based on my direct experience. My most recent order contained a wrong item - 32650 instead of 26650 batteries. The question was answered the same day and a replacement was on it's way the following day without any fuss. Replacement batteries arrived today, 8th May. Excellent. Will definitely buy from them again.

Had problems with wrong postal adress, got help rightaway. Could adress on person directly which took care of my problem.

The light I bought was defective. The return process was as difficult as it could have been. It started with having to send videos of the light not working properly (the customer was assumed to be always WRONG until I proved otherwise). Then once I had returned it, it got stuck in Chinese customs for two months, and counting. It is allegedly still there. Customer service is arrogant and disinterested, demonstrating a view that the fault must somehow be my fault. I am not hopeful of every receiving a refund.

When I read what other People have problems with this China shop, I may add the following : The bicyle lights I have ordered here so far are not available in the European market.Something comparable costs about 10 times as much.
So far everything has worked 100%. Sometimes it happens quickly, sometimes it takes about a week longer.
That may have been pure luck, but I also took into account from the start that even if something doesn't arrive, a re- shipment will definitely work and then you'll still get away with a factor of 5 cheap.🤔🤔🤔!!!

The positive note is that the website is not a scam and the prices are competitive, since i have received the goods. With regards to the customer service, this is extremely poor:
1) i have paid extra for 15 days delivery while it took almost two months
2) the responses to my request for updates were very vague and contraddicting, to the point I believe I got scammed
3) I had to write several email to get refund for duties I had to pay on top and express delivery which didnt happen.

Ordered Mavic Pro battery, waited 3 weeks, received Mavic Pro 2 Battery. It looks like a counterfeit item too, stay well clear these people are sharks.
Update I opened a Mavic 2 box and found a Mavic one battery, beggars belief that this battery is new or genuine.

Battery charger, good price fast delivery working well.

The size is not what you say. It is an adult helmet. Not a helmet for kids. It is not a MTB helmet but It is a motorbike one. Heavy and not enought ventilated. The gloves and glasses, the worst quality never seen. Cheap, but money throught away.

Purchased a few batteries 2 months ago now and every time I eventually got a reply from them they said 3-4 days, now there's just no reply, trying to get a refund through PayPal but that's painful at best, scam site at its best. As you can see by the reply they just keep saying logistics says it will be delivered in 3 to 4 days, absolute thieves stringing people along.

Don't trust this company. good not delivered and failed to assist in resolving the issue!
