Very helpful to deal with

I had ordered them on 1/5/2022 and just received them on 2/1/2022. They were packaged very well. I just wish they had arrive much sooner. Overall a good experience.

This company provides genuine Magicshine lights at a great price. However if you have any faults with your purchase, you will be unable to return the light unit, (if it has a battery) using Royal Mail.
Initially customer service were very helpful. Now I'm being repeatedly told "we posted it to you, you post it back" I have tried three different post offices, all refused to accept the light.

Based on the disparate ratings, I was a bit reluctant to try this outfit, but the pricing was excellent - plus no ST and no S/H, and I was in no great hurry for the Nitecore TINI2 flashlight I wanted to purchase. So I decided to give it a try.

Received immediate confirmation, with a promise to send along a Tracking No. within a few days. Arrival time was plainly stated as "8 - 20 days." Shipments originate from you-know-where, and given the vagaries of international shipping, customs, and USPS delays, I suppose the "wide window" in ETA is warranted.

Sure enough, it did take most of 20 days, but the Nitecore flashlight arrived in perfect condition, sealed and brand new. I have now fully charged it and it works like a charm.

YMMV, but based on this transaction I would not hesitate to recommend this outfit - and I will surely do business with them again.

Placed order in mid November hoping to have by Christmas. Now Jan.17th and have seen no sign of my order. They have responded to my inquiries hence the two stars. Will give them a little more time before I cancel order.

This is the first time i used Lightmalls in China i ordered an expensive battery charger,i must say they responded
to my emails quick and i was so surprised how quick i received my packet just over a week,if i order something on ebay from the UK takes longer most of the time Aliexpress 3 to 4 weeks,

Shipment was in a reasonable time and really well packed. Its my first time buying on this website and i will buy more! Hope it goes as perfect as this one.

Order came on time and for a great price but unfortunately was damaged upon arrival. Lightmalls immediately sent out a replacement free of charge that arrived just in time for Christmas. Can’t fault them. 10/10

Just writing a review on my recent purchase. Although my parcel got delayed due to certain circumstances which is beyond their control. The customer service was able to help me follow up where my parcel was so I was very happy when I finally got them. I will definitely order here again. Also the quality of item was very good and Im happy with my purchase. Thank you lightmalls.

Very happy with the service. It took a little bit of time to get here but the customer service was very responsive and made sure delivery came as expected. It took a little time to get to Canada but that was Covids fault - it arrived a few weeks late but worked great/ my correspondence was always answered promptly and they addressed my issues in a timely manner - taking into mind that I’m in Canada and they are on the other side of the world .

Ordered a Head lamp 17days before Christmas. Was a little nervous. Promised 7-15 day shipping, The order came in day 16 Slight delay in Chicago USPS (2days) I was able to track shipping from China to US and then once it hit USPostal service last mile. Very accurate. All things considered I am very pleased.

Will order from them again. Price was very very good Product was just what was ordered. Great job

Despite the mixed reviews that I initially read, my experience was very positive. I did contact customer service once to ask for status and the response was prompt and honest. The light arrived well packed and works perfectly. Would recommend Lightmalls 100%.

Delighted with quality of bicycle front light obviously have yet to be able to comment re ;reliability etc but certainly build /packaging & very prompt help from customer service most impressive .

It took a long time to receive the goods but it did not depend on Lightmalls. Have a happy 2022!

They shipped very quickly and it arrived within a couple of weeks or less from China to Italy.
The original shipment was missing some of the parts unfortunately but they replied almost immediately via email and they sent the missing parts on the same day.
I have received therefore everything although in 2 parts, but they included a small gift to make up for the trouble.
All in all a 5 star experience.
