Excellent. Best loan company I've ever used and I've used a few. I fell on hardship and hardiness and this company supported me throughout with accepting whatever payments I could afford, bless them they were so kind too their customer service is really friendly and considerate and I couldn't recommend them another. Usually your hounded by these companies when you fall behind but your treated like a human being with these guys, if I ever needed a loan if they'd ever have me back I certainly would use them. Thank you!

Rude rep over the phone was keep saying I'm in arrears and was not giving me a date for when I missed a payment, I had to escalate this to a manager who said I was in arrears for November and closed the case, I checked my bank records and made a payment in November which I showed them, they are still dragging the case and messed up my credit file too, they are liars and scammers. When you make payments they will deny knowledge of it.

Ive had a loan from them for nearly 18 months paid every month without fail. I only owe 3 payment now to finish. Now i Keep getting emails saying top up your loan now . i tried and was refused. Dont know why as i had loan approved before. Stop sending these stupid Top up messages if you are not going to give me one. Deffinatly wont go with them again.
