I loved my experience at Lilly Aarhus! It has a big collection of beautiful, good quality dresses. Additionally, Sanaz offers the best customer service! She helped me through the whole selection process with good advice and a warm smile. I am overall, extremely happy with my purchase.

Absolutely perfect experience. I just came from another store where it felt a bit impersonal, but the girls there made me feel at home, were honest and helpful, with great advice. I couldn’t be happier. I did not plan on buying anything on the spot, but here I was leaving with my dress. I wanted something quite special let’s say, so the ability of the girls to think outside the box was absolutely amazing. They listen to every request, want to hear what exactly you like or don’t like about a dress to find the perfect one for you.

I'm getting married, I made an appointment at the Lilly Outlet in Aabenraa to try on bridal dresses. The two ladies working there, Lotte and Emilie, were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, which made the whole experience fantastic. I travelled from Esbjerg to Aabenraa, and the experience was worth it. Every kind of outfit for every taste and price range. It has my highest recommendation.

The service was amazing, Emilie and Lotte made our experience even better because they were so helpful and sweet. We went from Esbjerg and it was worth the trip. I would recommend that place 100%

- friendly employees in a good mood
- language wasn't an issue (Danish, English, German)
- no rushing through dresses, putting together a lovely dress, veil and hair stuff
- awesome prices

All in all, I had a really good time there and would recommend to try!

I was passing by Lilly in Vejle two weeks before my wedding thinking I just wanted a simple dress, didn’t even had to look like a wedding dress, but when I got to try some dresses on and got the best guidance and words of wisdom from Marlene I found my dream dress!

On my wedding day I felt like a princess and like the most beautiful I’ve ever been. I’m so happy I decided (with a little help from Marlene…) to go for a dress that I really loved instead of just settling for any white dress.

I can not recommend this store and the staff enough! Thank you a million times for making me feel so seen and heard! One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

I bought a wedding dress from Lilly in Copenhagen one that I thought would be the one , unfortunately I regreted the decision.
I asked to exchange for a different dress , but the lady refused to accept the return and told me I seemed happy when I left with it .

Yes I did think it's the one, unfortunately I later felt that I had made a wrong choice as I wasn't at peace .It's a wedding for Christs sake , it happens only once and they robbed me off the chance of being a happy bride .
The dress goes for 7500 kr

If you genuinely need help with picking a wedding dress , you'd need a shop that cares about the customer as this is a one time decision . But with Lilly you might end up being the saddest and unhappy bride Incase you regret your decision.

The worst part is , i booked another appointment to go try find another dress since they refused to swap, the same lady let us in ,showed us the fitting room and left us there to go find the dresses ourselves. She didn't lift a finger to even try help .

I can not recommend the shop, so sure and uncouth attitude.

I book a schedule for bridal dress fitting and have been at their shop in Copenhagen 2 days ago. My experience was very good. People are nice from confirming the booking and making it more personalize, especially one woman at shop named Pia, she was very helpful and kind ( once again thanks a lot for helping! ). I was looking for specific style and budget friendly, so she was just bringing clothes I can fit that suits my preferences and ended up buying the perfect one! and the matching shoes too!

I bought my wedding dress from Lilly Arhus last week. It was one of my greatest experience in Denmark as a foreigner. The attitude of the staff was amazing. The nice and kind young lady " Rikke" who was assigned to me was fantastic. I really enjoyed the whole hour that I spent in the shop and finally she could help me with finding the best that I was looking for. She made a very good memory for me , I definitely will remember her and her professional and kind help every year in my wedding anniversary.
I have been in Lilly shops in other cities as well. but Lilly Arhus is definitely the best.

I have been at the Lilly shop in Aarhus after having discovered their wonderful catalogues thanks to my fiancé. I come from Italy, where weddings are greatly valued and are rich in old traditions. I definitely did not expect such a high quality in their clothes or the wonderful variety that I found in Lilly's wedding dresses. I went at the shop because I needed a dress for my cousin's wedding and I was surprised by the wide selection of elegant dresses from the Esprit line. I most definitely found what I was looking for, but I can also be grateful for the wonderful shopping experience thanks to the kind seller Jannie Nielsen, who carried a very professional attitude, while at the same time being very attentive, caring and friendly.

I can highly recommend Lilly based on my experience at their shop in Aarhus and I will set a date in the calendar because I absolutely look forward to shop for my own wedding dress at Lilly’s.
