Everything Arrived in Time

after a worrying 6 weeks for delivery email, when the goods were needed (and were initially promised) sooner than that - the Customer Service Team upped their game and got the two bags to us in good time.

I bought the velvet tote bag for £175, and to be honest, for that price, you’re better off with known brands like Coach or Kate Spade. Extremely poor quality - the customised initials fell off after a few months’ use. The letters were literally stuck on using 3M stickers.

Shipping was a nightmare - they wrongly inputted my address.

Overall, won’t recommend. It’s giving mass-production.

The bags do take a while but, they are of such high quality and the beautiful personalisation takes time, they are so worth the wait . I love it❤️

Ordered a custom bag and 2 cosmetic pouches. Love how they turned out. There was a minor issue with the bag but I immediately received a replacement. Very friendly customer service. Will definitely order again.

I reached out to the support team over the weekend just to check the status of my bags. It was about 6 weeks and as a first time customer I was excited! I also have an upcoming trip to Baha Mar and was hoping for my bags to arrive by then. Not only did I get a prompt reply from Lucy. She told me that she would expedite the bags to be sure I had them for my trip.
And one day after her reply (today) I had a text from DHL about the delivery in just a couple of days. I am blown away! Thank you Lily & Bean, can't wait to receive my bags soon and order more.

Couldn’t be happier with the service especially from Lucy from start to finish she’s been amazing. I had a rare issue with a bag I ordered (I have multiple bags from Lily and Bean and never have had an issue). I reached out to customer service and Lucy helped me! She got right back to me and was very kind and helpful. I kept thinking how rare good customer service is anymore! She immediately took care of me and replaced the bag. I already loved Lily and Bean and now I love them even more! Thank you Lucy for your kind help. I would recommend these bags to anyone.

I ordered this bag after seeing on the tv show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills back in Jan. 2024. I factored in some delay for my trip coming up in the next week but it wasn’t going to get here on time. I reached out to them by email and communicated with a customer service agent named Lucy. She was so nice and responsive. I explained my vacation situation and the dates. Her reply was I will do my best to get the bag to you before your vacation. The next thing you know I had a tracking number and received my bag a few days ahead of my vacation. Great customer service!!! I love my bag too!
