Almost a month since I ordered and still no package or solutions
Ordered here on August 5th but the package got lost according to UPS. Mailed LPG and UPS. They said they would open an investigation but UPS told me there was none in their system. After 20 days the investigation was opened but I still have no updates at all.
I asked if LPG had any solutions for these things since I still don't have my package for which I paid for and already paid customs for. Like sending a new package or giving me a refund but they insist on waiting for the results of the investigation.
Customer service is barely answering the questions that I ask them and I'm just running out of patience. It's stupid that I paid quite a lot only to barely get any support from the company.
Not buying here again.

Quick Delivery and Great Value
I bought a bunch of G-Fuel from these guys, I was impressed with the price compared to other sites and delivery times are very quick. Beat my expectations
I have to say Lime went above my expectations when dealing with this company.
First of all I'm always cautious when buying through 3rd party sellers and wouldn't normally buy from them but as the 1st party seller for the product I wanted was out of stock until November it was my only option and after looking at reviews I decided to go with Lime. First of all I purchased from them through Amazon and but after research i learnt this was more expensive than buying through there website so I requested that the order be cancelled so i could save some cash. They did this no problem a few hours after my request & before the order was shipped.
I then when verifying my funds where returned and I wasn't charged, I ordered through there website, the order is process is what's expected and there website is provided by Shopify so can verify payment info is secure as Shopify is reputable business that supports a lot of companies. After my order I received tracking info and order confirmation and the product arrived the next day well packaged and secure. So overall my experience was a nice one and I appreciate the efforts this company goes to make sure clients are happy. I would recommend.
