Delivery issues
Ordered some items from here and all was great apart from the delivery. The delivery driver left my items outside next to my bin and they went missing. All was sorted by lime pro and a full refund was provided. Apart from that the communication and service was great.

The headphones where faulty and when i asked support they told me to goto Asto i did and went through almost 1 week of emails for them to say go back to the seller.
Spoke to LPG support who at first where a bit dismissive of the issue but have now changed my review to a 5* as they collected the faulty device from my workplace and paid for the return shipping and have told me I will get a 48 - 72 hours turnaround for the replacement of my product
Well done in changing my mind and i would now recommend them again i just wish they had a support number i could call as emails can be tiresome and give the wrong impression
Look forward to buying from you again in the future

I can also see a majority of replies were acheived within 24hrs, please note we are not open on weekends which means you will not receive a response in this time.
I can see we have now provided the collection for you to return your item, our average turnaround time for returns/refunds/exchanges is 48-72 hrs. Apologies this has not happened in this instance.

While I did get everything I ordered , I found the pricing to be higher than necessary. Originally logging onto your site I saw gfuel for £29.99 a tub but then it jumped to £36.99.

Good but they increased the price by a lot
The main reason i was buying from u lot was the fact it was yk delivery and the price £29 now that it’s increased I may as well buy from the gfuel website with a discount code.
