Broken unit
The unit I ordered was broken on receiving it. They did refund me to be fair, but I had to pay postage to send the broken unit back which has left me out of pocket.
They were incredibly quick in sending product out and faster than many in returning the money for the faulty device, but the email they send out with the instructions for the RMA are heavy handed and leave a bad taste.

Great quality cable
Great quality cable, used from my icom 7300 to pc. Needed good quality double shielded cable to stop RFI on the pc. This cable works well, and delivery was very fast.

speaker cable and jacks…
The product is excellent but the ends of the jack are not frmly secured. threading through a conduit the jack came out leaving the cable.
