I always love your stuff
I always love your stuff. But you didn't have the same colour pillowcases as the sheet and duvet colour. (it was for a gift) So that was a bit disappointing. But not the end of the world, but that's why I've given it 4 stars. It would have been 5 otherwise. Thank yo for making beautiful products. ❣️🙏❣️

High quality bed linen
The quality of bed linen is superb and feels so soft and comfortable - really beautiful. There was a good selection of colours and the goods arrived in excellent condition and well packed. I was able to track my parcel and it arrived within a couple of days which was really fast. I would highly recommend percale.

Soft medium or firm!
More than dissapointed. I chose medium but they are soo soft, my head was wrapped in the pillow, it was like there was no pillow at all.
In my opinion not fit for purpose..for me. Even using 2 it made no difference.
Money down the drain. The fabric and bag, excellent quality.
I'll pop them on a Facebook free site.

Sadly the bed linen was not of great quality. I have had bed linen from you in the past which was super, but these sheets were thin and see through. I was very disappointed in them. Service was very good

Sorry to hear this. I have just checked your order and the difference is that your most recent order was for the Percale sheets (Your original order a few years back was our Sateen range).
These sheets will feel very different to one another with the Sateen being a smoother and softer sheet compared to the Percale you purchased from our clearance sale.
