I bought a watch from this company through Amazon last February. In May I had to return it because a pin came out the strap. The same thing happened at the end of the year. I got in contact with Lingray and they told me to return it. I sent it by courier they received it on 13th January at 14.42, someone called Kennedy signed for it. And guess what I have heard nothing back. So Lingray have stole my watch.

I bought a Empirio Armani watch and my husband loved it until one day the emblem fell off and started going backwards and forwards at the bottom of the watch. I emailed yourselves a picture and got told to send the watch to you. I sent the watch in April and have not heard anything yet, it is now November 26th!!

Like many others I bought a watch from Lingray trading as the Watch Den. You can track down the Directors Quite easily on line and find their addresses and the accountants who are in Cheshire.
My watch was returned for repair under guarantee just before they ceased trading and I am unable to get it returned. I think this is theft as they are making no attempt to return peoples property sent to them in good faith.
NOTE
I have made further enquiries. Anyone caught out in this should contact their credit card company!!!!

ADDITION
I have been asked by Trustpilot to elaborate on my experience with this company so let me add.
My watch went back to them at their request for a guarantee repair in June 2015.
Despite letters to both company addresses they did not reply.
A letter to their accountants went without reply.
The Directors refuse to reply.
It was only when I named the Directors and gave their addresses in this review that there was a response. (Trustpilot have made me take down the address)
After nearly 6 months of no communication, the Directors now say sorry they have been unable to communicate before and have given an email address to contact.
THIS IS A MOST APPALLING SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN OR FROM THEIR NEW COMPANY, THAT YOU CAN TRACK DOWN QUITE EASILY. I would put the name but no doubt Trustpilot would make me take that down too.
Trustpilot have now suspended my access so obviously they don't want people to tell the truth.

Sent my watch back for repair as i found out it wasn't even waterproof. They have had it for over 3 months now. I had contact with them originally to say they have received it. Now they don't answer phone calls or emails. £400 down the drain

I bought a armani watch from the the Watch Den (this was the other name the director Mr Graham philip Croft of Lingray timepieces was trading under) which was faulty, therefore i returned it and after two months of them telling me they were awaiting parts, they stopped replying, websites went down both lingray and the watch den and no response on the phone. even if a company goes into administration they have no right keeping other peoples property. unprofessional and would strongly advise anyone to stay away from lingray and any other company mr croft trades under.

i bought an armani watch in july a gift for someone to begin with the wrong battery was fitted in the watch so got that replaced at my own expense to find it works when it feels like it iv tried ringing lingray to be told not accepting calls at the moment

I have been trying to contact you for over a week now regarding a faulty watch. please respond.

The service provided by this company is great. Unfortunatly i had issues with the watch supplied, however they responded quickly to emails/phonecalls and i have returned the watch for a full refund. 5* service.

I bought an Armani watch from Lingray, within a week the strap broke and fell off my wrist, smashing the ceramic strap into pieces and cracked the screen. I told them it was faulty and I want it replaced. They said they won't replace it but if I send it back they'll fix it and then charge me for repairs. Despite arguing with them they still haven't replaced it. £300 down the drain, will never buy from them again.

I have purchased many watches for myself, friends and family from this company over the years and they never ceased to amaze me with their price and quality. And when calling them for a wrist sizing's I have always been dealt with very professionally every time. Many thanks Lingray

Very prompt and informative processing and delivery service. Product as shown on website.

Prior to my purchase I emailed the company to request a student discount as on the website it said 'Make us an offer', therefore I did and my request was granted- fantastic! I had free next day delivery which was even better and even got a text to say when the courier was arriving. When the watch came and I gave it to my boyfriend for his birthday he noticed scratches on the face and surrounding the watch, I quickly emailed the company and got a fast response to say they'd send a new watch out the next day and the courier would take the old one and return it to the company. I was amazed with the fast response and generosity of the company as I did not expect to receive a new watch without them checking that the faulty watch first. Really impressed with the service, would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you!

The watch I bought was not as described, so Dave Thorpe offered me a full refund. (I was on holiday in Australia at the time). He e-mailed me a returns form and label.
On my return I posted the watch back and received a full refund, plus the cost of postage within 48 hours.
That sort of service is very rare these days.

From my 3 purchases I can say Lingray are a genuine company selling genuine products. They used to be very competitive but arent so these days with more companies around.

I've used Lingray for purchasing several watches over the last few years and have always for them to be the most efficient, honest and professional company to deal with.
I've purchased approximately 8-10 watches over the years from Lingray and while the watches have always been great value, delivery has been stunning including to Australia.
I would absolutely recommend this company for your next watch purchase and have done several times since first dealing with them.

I was happy with the product after when I had to exchange it because the original was damaged but the case was scratched but that does not stop me from buying from them again

Nice clock, I couldn't find the pendulum so I phoned and mentioned this they directed me to the pendulum which was taped inside the clock .

Watch arrived quicker than expected and well packaged.
Good price too.
Next time I am looking for a watch Lingray will be my first port of call.
