Well we have now bought five watches from this company and everytime they have been more than helpful. The first four watches we bought have had no issues, other than the latest purchase for our son's birthday as the watch that got delivered would not work at all. We contacted customer services at Lingray and was dealt with by Dave Thorpe who i can say was more the helpful and made sure we had a new replacement watch that was delivered on time for our son's birthday. Well done Lingray we will most definitely be using you again and will recommend you to all our friends. Thanks again

I was a bit sceptical at first because of how cheap the watches are. I ordered mine online and it was with me by the next day. The watch is legitimate, it was £140 cheaper than any high street shop and they used a well known courier service to deliver the watch. It's a no brainer.......11/10! :)

Can't speak highly enough of this company. Good communications and lightening fast delivery. The watch was also the cheapest price I could find after much research.

Ordered the watch for special next day Saturday delivery for a birthday present on the following night. The watch did not show up. I rang the shop and expected them to at least send another one. As they were only 20 miles from me they could have delivered another one in person. Though they knew it was for an important ocassion they didn't even suggest either. I had to go out and but something else instead but the person wanted this particular and I couldn't get one from antwhere else in time. They told me the watch would be delivered on Monday which was too late but I considered keeping it for myself. But again it didn't turn up and they blaimed the courier again and again and still no suggestion for a replacement delivery. I was then told Tuesday delivery. By this time my patience gave out and I cancelled altogether. No apologies, no offer of future discount, nothing... I wouldn't use this shop if they were the only one that stocked an item I would rather go without, which is what happened anyway. I will not be recommending anybody to purchase anything from these people. If there was nil stars they would get that. Still waiting for an apology..............

I was very happy with my watch which was to replace one that I had lost. However, I did
ask for a certain size but when I received it, (although some links had been removed) it was too big, and it cost me a further £8 to get it made smaller at a jewellers. I had measured accurately.

I found the watch I wanted, the pictures and description were very clear. I ordered with confidence, got good confirmation and update emails and the watch arrived when they said it would. Very satisfied with my purchase.
