If possible it is now worse than Merda, I cannot YET get a replacement, but anything is better than the non service that they deem acceptable, this is the polite version.......

Honestly is a good idea to have an fwa isp if you can't have a regular connection, but really try other option or if you can get regular isps. Linkem is literally the worst internet experience you can look for. I've tried both the modems and the differences where so small i couldn't even see the changes. The router they give you is a toy, i don't know if the new station is a bit better, but that router could literally have been better if built by a DIY youtuber. The connection is terrible, i think in my city there is a really low traffic for regular connections, but this traffic managed by linkem seems to be the entire population of India connected at the same time. And I'm talking of morning usage, if you try to use it on evening is literally impossible, you'd need to rely on your phone hotspot. Every time i've called to notify the problems the only answers were "we're working on your area" or similar excuses. I've been linkem for a few years and i really suggest with all my heart that no one will ever do a contract with them, it's just terrible.

Linkem has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Since one month I keep reporting that the internet doesn’t work. Each time they tell me a technician would call back. No one ever called back. My work depends on internet and this is extremely difficult. Internet is also bad with Linkem. Stay away from them!

Fastest and most reliable service in Italy. No service even comes close

worst costumer service ever I had seen in my life. even smallest things such as changing the name of the owner takes ages until you just get exhausted. If you are unlucky and you get a bad signal in your area, then you will be totally screwed! Their costumer service has 0 respect for you, they do only to waste time and you continue paying bill.
STAY AWAY FROM LINKEM

In Italy, commune di Francolise and having installed Linkem on the premise that it is unlimited I realise I have been duped. Despite having an excellent signal the service aside from being inconsistent is totally unusable at certain times of the day, particularly lunchtime (do they just switch off the network for siesta?). Then comes the reality of traffic shaping. Forget what the representatives say - they are there to sell and gain commission, but the reality is you are traffic managed on so much. I can understand Bit Torrent though itself can be used for legitimate reasons, but to traffic manage well known download clients associated with gaming such as Steam is just deplorable given the size of PC game updates. For the technical minded, latency is also very high and the quality of the connection for gaming purposes is also poor with tests showing high rates of jitter which leads to disconnects. My advice is to stay away from this company if you are gamer and high downloader.

Terrible signal. Even on third floor on roof with no buildings or trees it did not work. They said I should pay to raise aerial 2m higher and maybe it would work better at a cost of 120 euro. Stay away from linkem

Abito a Firenze e per anni ho avuto Infostrada che, nella migliore delle ipotesi viaggiava a 6Mb.
Da Giugno 2016 ho attivato Linkem e, a distanza di mesi, posso dire di non scendere mai sotto i 10Mb in download e 1,5Mb in upload.
Vedo Premiul Play e Netflix alla grande.

Recently travelled in Italy. Visited the Linkem shop on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Bari. Bought 2 Vodaphone Sim cards. We were told that they would be activated in a couple hours. Given that it was a Saturday and we left Bari the next day we were unable to return to the shop once we realized that they were not activated. Tried in Gallipoli at a Vodaphone store but they are not responsible for anything not sold in their store.

Two weeks go by and no service. When we return to Bari we return to the Linkem store. Were told that the cards do not work in non-Italian phones. The person who sold it knew that we were from Canada! We asked for a reimbursement. That was not possible. The clerk fiddled around with some stuff. Made some phone calls. Finally after a 1/2 hour she then went into the backroom and found our original file. Attached to it were two other Sim cards that she said were activated and since those were activated we couldn't get a refund. What use was an activated card stuck on a piece of paper in Bari. She blamed us for not returning to the store and realizing our problem. Obviously they realized they had made a mistake and didn't have the decency to come forward and reimburse us.

DO NOT shop here!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before.
