My entire experience over many years has been very professional.
Angie has been fabulous managing my properties with good humour and diligence.
Having decided to sell, Michael did the initial sales brochure and negotiations before Kieran taking over and eventually finalising the sale.
Their patience has been very much appreciated. Indeed the three of them have been an absolute joy to work with and I could not recommend them highly enough.

Really good communication throughout the house buying process! We dealt with a few different members of staff, but it never felt like we were being bounced around. Special mention to Paige who was so attentive to all our questions!

Contractor here - we have 2 invoices for the sum of £560 (such a big amount) which remain unpaid after 6 weeks now. 26 emails, excuse after excuse, lie after lie, send invoice to this emai, send invoice to that email. Its disgraceful that such a big company takes advantage of the little businesses.

Kieran has handled my property negotiations very efficiently. From meeting me at the house and showing me round through to handling the paperwork and dealing with the identity and financial checks.
He has ensured that the procedure has run smoothly and minimised the stress which buying a house creates.

From the moment we contacted Linley and Simpson to organise a viewing, to having an offer accepted on a dream property, we were met with nothing but warm courtesy and professionalism. It is clear the whole team really cares about what they're doing. Michael was incredibly helpful when we attended the viewing; he knew the answers to all our questions and reassured us about the process (it was a very popular property). It's no mean feat attending house viewings with two young children under three but Michael made sure we felt welcome, which has not always been the case with other estate agencies!
We spoke with David later on that day to submit our initial offer and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Once the house went to Best and Finals, Kieran communicated with us so clearly so we knew exactly what would happen when and what was needed from us. Buying and selling is always stressful so this level of professionalism from the whole team really helps reduce that level of stress. Another example of this was the help I received from Paige when I was concerned I had been let down by technology and I wasn't sure if they had received all the necessary documents! It felt like everyone was going above and beyond to make sure the process was fair, professional and highly organised.
