Great customer service
When I received the order I was disappointed when I received the mirror broken and in poor condition ... I made the order to Mexico and I imagine it was damaged by the carriers. I contacted the support team and they were very kind and at no extra charge they sent me a new product that arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with the mirror and with the company. I highly recommend them.

Poor communication and ignore the customer email
Poor communication. I waited for a month and didn't receive my item. They blamed the dhl carrier and said that carrier cannot locate my address. I have been using my address for every online shopping and never experience problem.Only with this seller.They ignored me when they supposed to reply me back. I will never ever buy any products from this seller again. Now I even have to wait for their reply to get my refund. Awful experience ever.

Great quality!

I have had an amazing experiencing with both the product and the company.
I bought the 3 panel self cut mirror and when it arrived, likely caused by my carelessness I was a bit rough unpacking it causing the hook to break. I immediately told the company and without hesitation they sent me another free of charge.
Since then I have enjoyed taking my self cutting to a new level with lipfi’s mirror. Highly recommend both product and company 100% 100% 100%
I only recommend that upon receiving be extremely careful of the hooks, try not to bend its swivel point as this is a crucial part of the product.

Great product and excellent customer service
The first mirror I received was defective: one of the hooks came off. After a few email exchanges, Customer Service promptly sent me another one. The 2nd one is perfect, hooks are well attached and the mirrors are very clear. Shipping was fast in both cases. I've already used it to cut my hair and it looks great. My husband is looking forward to try it too!

New rep was super helpful not like the old one
Edit version. I hope they continue being this helpful cause this is their business. Finally someone extremely helpful and kind. They do have company base in USA so it was a misunderstanding situation from their sides, definitely need to replace some reps but hey its their business. But at the end they were very helpful and the shipment was super fast so thats good. Instead of one ima bump it up to 3 cause of this rep.

Great mirror
Great mirror! I've cut my own hair for years. For the back I've always used a handheld mirror. Sometimes I'd see a picture of the back of my head and be quite upset that I missed that! The mirror arrrived today and I had to try it out right away. As usual: my backside looked terrible. But I cut the back and the sides just fine with this mirror. I am so glad I found it. The product is well made, comes triple wrapped up, and the bars can adjust to any height (great because I'm only 5ft2).
