Ordered September 8th, still no tracking number almost 3 weeks later. No explanation why order has been delayed for this long. Website says delivery will take “about 5 working days” and "We confirm that we have no significant delays due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Packages are shipped daily.”

Their website should not advertise a timeframe if they are unable to fulfill or update their customers of any delays. I will be canceling my order.

Placed an order Aug 20 and I still have not received my product even though their site says (3-5 days). Asked the seller about tracking information, and they told me Amazon FBA did not provide them with tracking number. Terrible experience.

Updated, I finally received my order on Sep 17th.

8-18-20 Updated review: What a contrast! The new 3-way mirror sent by LipFi is what I expected the first time around: great design and a clear and sharp reflection. Had this happened from the start I'd be rating this product and company at 5 stars. Because of the very reluctant customer service, however, the best I can go is 3 stars. Grateful that LipFi ultimately stepped up with a high quality product!

8-10-20 I received my 3-way mirror from LipFi's on time as advertised; however, the quality of the mirrors was very poor. Two of the three were scratched and cloudy, rendering the mirror useless for 3-way viewing. Furthermore, LipFi did not stand behind their product when I contacted them and they lied about its availability. A poor reflection all around. I would not recommend this product nor would I recommend dealing with this company at all.

I ordered this mirror directly from their website in June 2020. First, it took 4+ weeks to even begin shipping from China which I was able to track on the app but when it said it was delivered (over 1.5 months after it said it was supposed to be delivered) it wasn't even delivered to my address! I couldn't even find more info on the shipment. Honestly I would buy this from Amazon or not at all.

The customer service had been completely unresponsive and stopped replying after one email. Again if you're going to buy it get it from Amazon where you'll have some protection.

Update: after extensive emailing they finally agreed to send me a new one which arrived on time. The mirror itself is okay and honestly if you find another one go for it but if this is the only one you find order it just don’t expect it to come on time or without some delays.

product is fine but the mirror is cheap quality.

I tried to clean the mirror with a went damp towel and now there are scratches on the middle mirror which now makes this product useless.

Do not buy because there is no safe wait to clean the mirror without scratching it badly.

What a waste!

Update: They replied to this review 7 months later. What a joke of a company. Do not buy from them.

Original: Just like others, I ordered a mirror about a months ago. The website promised a 5-7 days shipping estimate. I check the teaching and the package originated in China. According to the tracking, the package got stuck in Los Angles. Mind you, this is 15 days past the 5-7 day promos. I emailed customer service which said they would contact the shipper. Not the product shows up in Las Vegas, NV on their tracking page. I have sent them an email asking for a refund. No reply. After 3 emails, I will be contacting PayPal for a refund. Do not buy from them! Read the reviews.

Their customer service is nonexistent. When they do reply days later, they don’t answer your question or provide a solution. It’s a back and forth waste of time. One reply from them asked for the order number and the tracking information even though it was provided!

Ordered a mirror almost a month ago and still haven’t received it. I don’t know what type of shipping they use but it’s super slow. The tracking said the mirror reached Los Angeles 2 weeks ago it stayed in Los Angeles for 11 days then moved to Vegas and it’s been there for over a week smh a turtle must be delivering it

Wow so glad I found this brand, I've been cutting my own hair since I was 15 I'm 44 now and still cutting my own hair. Can't wait to try their methods on YouTube

Amazing product. I ordered from Lipfi barbershop at the beginning of July. The delivery was faster than I excepted.
Great product with real mirror, I can see perfectly the back of my head.

It is really useful for me as I wanted to make some haircut design, super useful but you need to have a good trimmer for that.
The mirror is compact and lightweight, I should take it if I travel for a long-period of time.

Thank you for this product, it is a real pleasure to buy from a company who help people to be independent.

LOVE It! For Father’s Day I ordered this mirror for my dad, it’s crazy how much he loves it. It’s something he always uses and honestly I’ve noticed his haircut is so much better since using the mirror. Highly recommend this mirror, oh and great customer service. Due to Covid, I had to wait almost a month for the mirror. When I finally got it I was very pleased. The box was securely packaged in a bubble envelope. The mirror is well made and adjust to perfect height. I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend this product.

Great product! This 360° mirror was really useful to me especially during this time of quarantine! It helps me a lot staying as fresh as I can manage with my own two hands

I just bought the 360 mirror, and I could not be more satisfied. The product quality is great, it's really easy to use, and with all the video tutorials available online, specially in the Youtube channel of the "Self-Cut Academy", I can cut my hair as I want, saving lots of money in barbers.

The shipping was really quick, and the products arrived in the expected time, despite the COVID crisis.

I ordered a self-cut mirror with the expectation of recieving it within 5-7 days... 3 weeks has passed. I write an email to the firm stating I haven't received anything, and that the tracknumber I received kept saying it was in China.. no reply from lipfis barbershop...
5 weeks has passed I write to the firm asking for a refund, because It is definitely not alright and false marketing when stating that shipment is 5 - 7 days and that there is no significant delays due to COVID-19 AND support is 24/7, I don't care if there are fewer workers or anything and that's why you can't reply you should have stated that from the beginning!
I wrote a message to their email and even to their Instagram account still no freaking reply, but apparently they had time to comment on their own pictures...

On the 6th week (2 days ago) i finally received my product, was it worth it? no. Will I ever buy from this firm? due the extreme lack of support system and long waiting time no! You don't know if these guys will scam you for your money or if you'll actually receive the your product. I just got lucky this time. Please buy product somewhere else with a more trustworthy business!

Super shady company. Definitely don't recommend. They tout a delivery time of 7-10 days max, but drop ship their 360 mirror from China. Ordered their mirror on 17 May, and it's now 12 June. When questioned about this, their customer service stated "Hello,

Your package is held by USPS. At this point, I can only advise you to wait.
The situation is really complicated for us, a delay like that should not happen.
We are working in order to do our best to deliver your package."

Looking at other reviews, I'm definitely not the only one. Have since purchased a self cut system 3.0 from another vendor which I received within a week and is an excellent product. Will update if I ever receive what I purchased from lipfi.
