The royal mail let us down and it looked like the package was not going to arrive for the recipients birthday but one email and a replacement was on the way. It arrived in time and was stunningly beautiful. Thankful for both the wonderful service and beautiful product.

I ordered a personalised toiletry bag for my partner for Christmas. The zip broke recently, so I contacted the Lisa Angel team - they replied very quickly and once they confirmed the broken zip with photos, they ordered a replacement. We ordered it yesterday and it turned up this morning at 7am, fully personalised! Thank you for your help Rose, I am very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the company

I had an issue with my order when it arrived. I email customer services and the issue was rectified straight away. I am very thankful for this quick turnaround as I needed the items quite quickly for a present.

Having order a bracelet engraved for the birth of my sons twin sons, unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. Having emailed Lisa Angel to explain this they had no problems with me sending the bracelet back and re-issuing me with the correct size bracelet.
I found their customer service to be excellent and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend.

So, I ordered a vegan faux leather bracelet with engraving. I actually made an error in the instructions - totally my bad - but Lisa Angel sorted everything and it has arrived - and I love it.

I ordered a gift for Mothers Day however there was a problem with delivery. I contacted Lisa Angel by email and they replied very quickly and sorted everything straight away with no messing about. Gift arrived in time for Mothers Day. I would recommend using as customer service is important.

I've bought many gifts from Lisa Angel over the years, but last week, when I found a hamper for my sister's birthday had gone missing, the customer service response was beyond what I could have expected. The team re-sent a new hamper immediately, at zero cost, and even refunded the small difference on an item that was no longer available - despite not knowing yet whether the lost package would make its way back. Thank you so much!

Had a slight issue with the necklace I ordered but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. The replacement was also fast tracked to make the original date it was required by so I am really pleased with the outcome and the service. Particular thanks to Emily and Sophia.

The hypoallergenic earrings are absolutely amazing. I have struggled for years to wear pretty earrings that are affordable - anything high street or budget friendly ALWAYS make my ears sore, itchy and red. I now have about 7 pairs of from the hypoallergenic range and they are a game changer! I can wear them all day long and can sleep in the smaller ones without any issues at all. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the products and will definitely be placing more orders as the range increases. Packaging is beautiful and delivery was super fast as well.
