The entire process for NIF was easy and fast. There was an error in the document. Despite this, it had a quick turnaround.

It was super quick, simple and efficient to work with Lisbob. Just a few email exchanges and we had our NIF's ready in one week.

The process was straight forward and communication was prompt and efficient. We are now using Lisbob to apply for our Portuguese bank account. Highly recommended. July 2024

NIF - Great service to obtain a NIF. As an expat, you will need legal representation to start the process.

NISS - I do not recommend paying the €129 fee because you can request it for free online. You will need to be in the country to collect the number once it is ready. However, you can also schedule an appointment for free on the ePortugal website.

I am giving 1 star because there is a hidden subscription that is not clearly disclosed, and because it is outrageous to charge €129 for a free service. Charge something more reasonable for obtaining a NISS.

Excellent services: fast responses and well-managed. I would recommend Lisbob to anyone needing support.

We used the expensive Lisbob service to register our NHR status, which worked well. The service package includes the tax return for the following year. However, after requesting in several e-mails a timeline and information how and when they would handle our tax return, they replied once very rudely that they have too much to do and handle it later and later ignored all our other e-mails. We now have to pay for another service provider. Extremely unprofessional and cannot be recommended

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lisbob. Despite paying for their services in advance last October, I have experienced significant communication issues and a complete lack of updates regarding my tax return.

Throughout the tax season, I have sent multiple emails and attempted to contact their team several times, but I have received either late or no responses or acknowledgment. As the deadline approaches, this lack of communication has left me anxious and uncertain about the status of my tax filing.

While I understand that tax season is a busy period, I expected a basic level of customer service and timely updates, especially after having paid in advance. This is far below the standard of service I anticipated from a professional service provider.

Given my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and responsive tax services. I sincerely hope they address these issues to prevent other clients from experiencing the same frustration and disappointment.

I used Lisbob for getting my Nif. They moved fast and the process was quite simple.

It's wonderful, they're pretty efficient. Even though I was skeptical at the beginning, but I took the risk and it was 100% worth it. I was asking for a NIF, and I got it pretty fast. It's a pretty good service, totally recommend it!
