Scumbags with hidden subscription fees and massively overpriced services. They charge over 100eur for a simple tax number that you can get for free, then they rope you into a 10eur subscription without telling you. Absolute scammers!!

As a service provider, I would like to share my disappointing experience with Lisbob. Two months ago, I enlisted their services to assist with my freelancer registration in Portugal, believing that their expertise would be beneficial given my lack of proficiency in the local language. The fee for their assistance was 150 euros, which included the registration, a detailed summary and coaching on all the responsibilities associated with being a freelancer. Their website seemed promising.

However, the outcome was far from what I expected. My freelancer registration remains incomplete, and I never received the services we agreed upon.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and their website, I have received no response. In hindsight, I regret not verifying the company's credentials more thoroughly. I was misled by what now appear to be fabricated reviews and an impressive Facebook presence. Unfortunately, it was all a facade. I caution others not to make the same mistake; this company is not trustworthy. They lack transparency, providing no phone number, company details, or direct contact options. After taking my money, they have completely ignored me. Their level of unprofessionalism is appalling. I strongly advise against using their services; it's a scam.

I demand a refund from Benoit Jean Francois Gaston Castanedo for the service that was never rendered.

10€ charge on my credit card every month for a membership that I didn’t even subscribe I sent emails with no answer it’s been more than three that I’m being charge agains my consent. I have tried to reach the Cs but no answer ???

Very helpful and easy process
AFM application was prepared in 24 hours, professionally written, was submitted to Tax Department for approval just a day after I had sent it out.

Paid a charge for a NIF. Got the NIF in a reasonable timeframe. Then came the monthly 10 euro charges. Missed the first one, requested a chargeback for the second one. The chargeback failed: the visa card was handled by Trade Republic and their service isn't great.

Now here's the kicker the 10 euro monthly fee is for
their "peace of mind" service. They sign you up for it without asking for it. And for this fee you could theoretically send them an email with a question and they would theoretically respond. Now I would have a better peace of mind knowing that I'm not spending 10 euro monthly for what amounts to nothing.

The service fee is reasonable and expedient.

I noticed that Lisbob.net has been charging me for a monthly subscription service of 10 euros, which I never signed up for. I have requested a refund and stated that I will take legal action if the issue is not resolved. Be cautious when dealing with this company, as unauthorized charges seem to be a problem for many

I bought a service from Lisbob 6 months ago. I paid for the service upfront, and they delivered what I purchased. However, I just realized that they have been charging me €10 each month for something I have no idea about. I definitely did not buy anything that would warrant a monthly charge. I have sent them several emails, but I haven’t received any response.

LisBob was recommended to me by a friend, as I needed the Greek AFM. I was skeptical at first since I hadn't heard of them and couldn't find much information about them online. But I figured I had nothing to lose. And today, to my surprise and joy, I already have the AFM in my email. They are super professional and super fast. The entire process took one week! (of which I lost 3 days trying to get to the embassy. If I had managed to go to the embassy sooner, it would have taken even less time). I highly recommend them 100%! Congratulations on what you do!
